About the clinic
Should I book 80 minutes or 60 minutes?
While we can get plenty done in a 60 minute appointment, 80 minutes allows for a more comprehensive intake process (which is helpful for a first appointment, especially if you have a complicated health history). The additional time in a longer session is also useful for treating chronic conditions.
Please note: Fees will be increasing on February 1st, 2026.
New rates:
Rolfing Structural Integration, 60 mins.- $175 (was $170)
Rolfing Structural Integration, 80 mins.- $210 (was $205)
Craniosacral Therapy, 60 mins- $165 (was $160)Read more about Toronto RolfingShow less

“Charlene has helped me with chronic musculoskeletal pain/dysfunction in such a tremendous way. She gets to the issue in such an efficient way, working throughout almost every system even in just one session. She is so calm and present during each session which I really appreciate as well.”Read moreShow less

“Suggested by my Mom, I looked for a Rolfer in Toronto to help me after my back gave out in early Spring 2025. I found Charlene, and she is wonderful. After my first 3 sessions I was intrigued and already seeing positive results while supplementing with a daily yoga practice. After 6 sessions new areas of my body were getting much needed attention after old spots were soothed, and moving in a new more integrated fashion. After 10 sessions I am a believer in Rolfing. The confidence I feel in my body after Charlene helped align it over the ten sessions is amazing! I will definitely be sharing your name with everyone I know that could benefit from Rolfing. Thank you so much!”Read moreShow less

“I first went to Charlene for a lower back issue and went through the ten-step protocol, which made me feel immeasurably better in my whole body. But I recognized that I had only begun the process of unwinding unhealthy movement patterns and have continued to see Charlene to help support me in my ongoing pursuit of healthy alignment in my body. Many movements now feel more fluid. There has also been an accompanying mental and emotional release to an extent I hadn't anticipated. Charlene is incredibly knowledgeable and intuitive and is able to tailor sessions to meet your needs.”Read moreShow less

“Charlene is an amazingly intuitive and healing body worker. I have had many Rolfing sessions with her including a complete 10-series over the years. As a musician, my profession takes a toll on my body. Charlene's work helps me maintain good alignment and playing pain-free. I always leave every session feeling more fluid and "in my body".”Read moreShow less

“I started Rolfing treatments with Charlene back in August and immediately felt a new and different sense of flow unlike any massage I have received in the past. Charlene quickly attunes herself to your body and trusts her intuition to tailor her treatments...and she is one strong gal! I continue to experience subtle changes in various ways as I have now started with craniosacral sessions with her for continued healing...”Read moreShow less

“After a session with Charlene I feel mentally clear, calm, and invigorated and my exercise capacity is increased for a week or more after because I feel more stable. Charlene is really nice person and she’s also a bit of a magician too. She can see stresses in my body that she addresses and she teaches me to recognize them. In the weeks following a session, I notice if I’m tensing up and I can correct myself. A session with Charlene is relaxing and it teaches me to be better with my own body when I’m not there. I really recommend rolfing with Charlene!”Read moreShow less

“I decided to try Rolfing with Charlene because I had back pain. I felt so much better after one session that I decided to do the Rolfing Ten Series. I have experienced many benefits from completing the Ten Series, including relief from chronic pain, increased energy, and a greater range of motion and flexibility. Charlene is such a kind, caring, and knowledgeable person. She has introduced me to resources that have changed how I think about health and fitness. I would recommend Charlene to anyone who wishes to reduce pain, regain mobility, and improve their posture. My only regret is that I did not find Charlene sooner.”Read moreShow less

“Charlene is an amazing practitioner and I can't recommend her highly enough. I decided to try Rolfing after 3+ years dealing with lower back and hip problems. It was 3+ years of trying various approaches - physiotherapy, chiropractor, acupuncture, strengthening, stretching, etc... without resolution. I felt quite desperate and like I was forever battling my body. After completing the Rolfing series with Charlene, my body is as loose and straight as it has been in many years. I have much more vitality. The work that Charlene does is very deep. I felt that she cared for my body with the same skill, wisdom and intimacy with which my psychotherapist cares for my psyche. I felt the positive effects of the physical manipulations of my fascia. And Charlene always sent me home with valuable exercises for different body parts - feet, ankles, calves, hips, etc. If you're on the fence, try an initial appointment and I believe you'll experience the great value of Charlene's work. Thank you Charlene!”Read moreShow less
