“Paul Messner was recommended to me by my rheumatologist for help with arthritis pain and mobility issues. He is an excellent physio. The treatment first focused on pain reduction, then he gave me exercises to strengthen muscles and support joints. I was very happy with the results. Excellent care, reasonably priced, and convenient (for me) Saturday appointments. Highly recommend Toronto Physiotherapy.”Read moreShow less

“This was my first visit to Toronto Physiotherapy Danforth Chester, and I feel I made a great choice. Lucy at the front desk is welcoming and efficient. Maddy, my physio, listened carefully to my problems, helped me set goals, explained how my pain and weakness probably evolved and devised a non threatening programme to get started on healing. Highly recommend this clinic for your physio needs.”Read moreShow less

“I highly recommend Ghazal Moazezekhah. Ghazal came highly recommended from friends I know. After my first interaction with her, I knew I would be highly recommending her also. I have been to many Physiotherapists and Ghazal has been the only one that has assessed my injuries, and traced where my pain actually stemmed from. We were able to work on correcting the initial point of pain to stop the spread. Cheers Ghazal.”Read moreShow less

“Came across the Toronto Physiotherapy Clinic (Danforth location) in my search for a physiotherapist with advanced knowledge and certification for the issue I was having (unable to swallow properly since September 2025). Started treatment with Donna Matheson end of March 2026. Donna took the time to explain the type of treatment she would undertake to help with the issue that I had. Believe it or not, I went home after the first session and noticed that I was able to swallow a lot better. Session 2 took place earlier this week and once again the treatment helped with the swallowing issue. Thank you Donna!!! Your knowledge and experience has now given me hope and I look forward to all future sessions with you!!!”Read moreShow less

“I can’t say enough wonderful things about Lindsay Davey. I saw her before surgery which was very reassuring as she explained everything to expect and what post surgery follow-up would look like. She demonstrated an exceptional level of knowledge, care, and professionalism. She takes the time to truly listen, answer every question thoroughly, and explain things in a way that feels reassuring and empowering. What stands out most is her compassion—she genuinely cares about her patients and it shows in every interaction. Navigating post-surgery treatment can be overwhelming, but Lindsay makes the process feel manageable and supported. She is absolutely amazing at what she does, and I’m so grateful to be under her care. Highly recommend to anyone looking for someone who is both incredibly skilled and deeply compassionate.”Read moreShow less

“I've been to many physio clinics across Canada, and Toronto Physiotherapy Danforth has consistently has been the best in terms of balancing quality of treatment & treatment plans and cost. Offers a wide range of appointment times and the quality of employees has been great despite undergoing staff changes over the years as people switched jobs. Also, great for massages although the availability for that has been from my experience, more limited. Update: Clinic double books patients and fail to catch their errors (despite confirmation emails and confirmation being provided in response to confirmation request texts -- it appears no one is reviewing this information). Staff members lack attention to detail, demonstrated they aren't proactive, waste your time & energy and lack the conscientiousness that people outside their clinic also have lives and extremely busy schedules (and thus the ramifications of these mistakes are massive and consequential especially when you're traveling with an injury that needs to be treated in-person). IT appointment booking system doesn't work properly and should be fixed, and staff members should check that schedules are correct the day before and/or morning of and notify patients of scheduling errors BEFORE they arrive at the clinic!”Read moreShow less

“I’ve had shoulder pain for years and started seeing Paul recently. After just two sessions, my pain is already about 90% gone, which honestly surprised me. He’s very knowledgeable, listens well, and really knows what he’s doing. The sessions felt focused and effective. I’m super happy with the treatment nd hoping that it will stay like this. Also he does dry needling which I think helps a lot”Read moreShow less

“Lindsay, my physiotherapist, has provided care after my radiation therapy. She has done a great job in providing help for which I was in desperate need. Her ability to accurately and quickly diagnose my "cording" issue has provided much needed relief. My massage therapist, Fahimeh, worked hard to address my "cording" issue. The administrative staff at both locations have made me feel welcomed, and were flexible in arranging schedules that worked for both involved. My experiences at Toronto Physiotherapy have made me feel that I am the luckiest person who was in search of help. I appreciate the help I received from the Toronto Physiotherapy Clinics and highly recommend them to anyone who needs help after radiation therapy.”Read moreShow less
