“I have a brain injury, and the facility is staggeringly noisy. The colon therapists PUSHED for a 5 package, and after having a therapist that would not stop talking, despite multiple requests to not talk, having sirens going off, chants from crowds outside, and nearly falling over with dizziness after the treatment and not being given a chair.... I tried one more time, with not much better of an effect. The owner has refused to refund me the remaining three sessions and has been arrogant and disrespectful of the real risks of attending a session while having a spike in symptoms, which can result in a symptom cascade. For trying to prevent weeks of hell, she charged me $50 for cancelling. AND would not refund the remaining three sessions. I do NOT recommend their business practice as it is chaotic, abusive of disability, and has no respect for AODA or requests made under AODA.”Read moreShow less

“A client just before me walked out and said she’s the magic lady. At first I didn’t understand and then I realized. Charlene is a gift and what she does is very special. It’s always a pleasure visiting. Everything about this clinic and what they teach is truly what people need to understand and learn. “I have suffered with various gastrointestinal symptoms for years and after trying many different diets and seeing multiple doctors, I figured these issues would just be something that I would have to deal with. I was introduced to the clinic by a friend of mine who was trying it out and I decided to jump on board. My experience has been truly life changing. Charlene is amazing. “Marie is very gifted at what she offers with her colonic sessions. She has an angelic presence, making the experience that much more pleasant and relaxing. She makes me feel comforted, safe, and we laugh and talk throughout, and have formed a beautiful bond. She has a magical touch every time she massages my abdomen - my body responds each time with a great release. I love her massager that she uses too. She is, in my opinion, the best in the city.
