“I have been coming to this place almost weekly for a year and all I can say is “WOW”what a Great experience every time. Chrystal is simply the best massage therapist ever!!!! I have travelled to over one hundred countries and have experienced many massages and she is simply the best. Very professional and unsurpassed experience she definitely puts in her whole heart and soul into her work as I leave top tier extremely relaxed and grateful every session. They are also Military / Veteran and Service Dogs Friendly and I appreciate how hard they work at doing such a great job. Outstanding Chrystal keep up the good work and know that you are appreciated. “Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Avoid the new staff named Lee. I had a great experience with a different staff member last week, but this was one of the worst massage experiences I'v ever had. The therapist kept pressing the same spot repeatedly and spent the first 15 minutes rubbing my skin with no oil or lotion which made it very painful and irritated. “Told everyone i know who goes to massage to give this place a try after my last massage, is was arguably the first time I actually felt a noticeable difference from any massage iv ever gotten. Booked for my second massage on March 10/26 for 9am.... arrived at 8:45, placed is closed.... wait until 9 and still no one.... its now 9:20 other customers have come and tried to contact the store with no luck and left... Iv called my self, their voice mail is full..... They finally opened the door for the customer who was standing outside so I decided to go in anyways, and was told they cannot extend my time because they open at 9.... me and the other lady outside waited, there was not a soul there or they were hiding out back. Absolutely avoid this place at all cost, took the day off work as my back has been killing me and had this booked and now im told they cant extend... all this because they cant show up to work on time. “After being on my feet all day and using every muscle in my body, I seriously needed this. I walked in sore, stiff, and totally drained — but walked out feeling like a brand-new person. The therapist’s hands were so natural and relaxing that I might’ve been snoring for a second (no regrets 😂). “Went here for the first time early last summer when I couldn't book in with my regular therapist, and Emma was simply Excellent for Lower Back and General Relaxation. Went back several times since as a result of my initial treatment, with Crystal who is absolutely Amazing. And Just recently, booked in with Maee, who was Wonderful.
