“All the staff are very efficient and professional. I was EXTREMELY afraid of the dentist and Dr. Zahradnik made sure to make each visit as comfortable as possible. “I am very impressed by the high level of professionalism , knowledge and courtesy . The staff extremely thorough with assessing my needs , current conditions and future recommendations. My only regret is that I did not visit them sooner. The dental hygienist has done a exceptional job with my teeth cleaning. She has been very thorough and addressed problem areas of concern. The equipment and procedures are the latest developments in dental hygiene and the results are noticeable. The space is bright , modern and comfortable to be in. I highly recommend the staff and facility. On my last two visits Dr. Michelle has been extremely thorough and made the experience painless and comfortable. She has been able to determine the best possible treatment and done so in a friendly , professional manner. “Dr. Michelle was absolutely amazing throughout my treatment. She really takes the time to explore every possible option before deciding on a final plan, which made me feel very comfortable and cared for. She is incredibly kind, patient, and thoughtful. I was in tears during a root canal from anxiety and pain, and she never rushed me once — she gave me all the time I needed to calm down and recoup before continuing. I highly recommend working with her, especially if you struggle with dental anxiety or fear of the dentist. Truly one of the most compassionate dental experiences I’ve had.”Read moreShow less

“I can’t say enough about how warm, welcoming, and professional this clinic is. From the moment you walk in, the staff make you feel comfortable and cared for, which is not something most people usually associate with going to the dentist. They truly go above and beyond to create a calm and supportive environment, and every visit feels more like catching up with people who genuinely care rather than a stressful appointment. “If you’re not willing to take a precaution, don’t tell me you will - just say no. Don’t make me find out by poking my head around the corner. This is the second time something like this has happened, and it’s unnecessary (and mean). I get it, what I asked for is not an obligation under College rules. It’s also not hard. My other dentist does it, no problem. If you don’t want to, that’s fine, I can drive across town to them for my kid’s appointment if need-be! But I can’t know that’s necessary if I’m being told one thing and another is happening. Michelle is a great dentist, but we can’t keep going here if the left hand isn’t aligned with the right hand. The receptionist I spoke to at length said it was no problem, happy to do it - maybe that note didn’t get passed along?
