“When I first met Janet, about 4 years ago, I was in a dark place. I was going through some life changing situations and was having one hell of a time dealing with them. Some friends had suggested trying something new and out of the box to help get me back on track. So I searched online and found To The Points Accupunture. From our initial visit and consultation I instantly felt like this could actually work! Janet had such a calming to her that I had no problem opening up to discuss my ailments and my current situation. She genuinely cares about her clients and their well-being and goes above and beyond to help them out, which is so rare in a world filled with fake people and BS! I have had numerous treatments over the years with her which include acupuncture, cupping, facial rejuvenation and the use of some Bach Flower remedies. Every treatment I’ve had has left me feeling like I’m floating on clouds and so extremely relaxed! I highly recommend Janet, not only for her professionalism but also for her care and concern that she demonstrates with each and every visit! Thanks Janet!”

“I have to admit I have been going to Janet for quite a few years and have always found her very professional. Though she feels like a friend. I have always experienced great relief from pain and discomfort as a result of her treatments. I was so happy to discover that she had moved her office to Ladysmith at To the Points Accupuncture. Janet is very thorough in filling in a health profile before beginning treatment. I recently experienced some back pain and was so glad I had an upcoming appointment. “I have always been a skeptic when it comes to trying something new. My neck has a lot of damage from calcium build up and arthritis and my Doctor advised me to try acupuncture. I was very lucky to check web sites and picked Janet at " To The Point " in Nanaimo. I was unable to drive as I could not turn my head left or right as the pain was severe every time I moved . Had 3 sleepless nights and the wife told me you have to do something. My first trip to Janet was amazing as when she finished I had 50% movement in my neck and shoulders. That night I had some rest but still a restless sleep. Second trip Janet did her magic and felt like doing a jig after as had about 80% movement in my neck and shoulders. 3 rd. trip was 4 days later and feel like a million dollars as have full movement of neck and shoulders. All can say is Janet thank you so much for your help in bringing me back to life. Chuck Moore”
