“Been trying to get actual work done for my jaw pain since 2019. Admin desk is rude and lacks professionalism and composure, most recently via email with the male Admin Coordinator "A". When you finally do see an actual Dr. for planned treatment, it gives you temporary hope, then nothing. No replies to emails, no call backs. 7 years and still no treatment has been done. The constant challenges and the lack of integrity you have to deal with from the front desk isn't worth the stress. They also want money upfront. I have never seen such unprofessionalism and lack of compassion from an office that have patients dealing with on-going pain. I sent an email on July 16, 2026 advising that I no longer want to be a patient at this clinic and they didn't even reply. THEY DO NOT CARE. I won't be dealing with this office anymore.”

“Was referred here by my dentist due to TMJ issue, was told they were the best I initially had to cancel my appointment and took two years to get back in touch with them for reschedule. Finally got another appointment drove the 4.5 hours to find out they were closed to patients that day and they forgot to notify me (rescheduled me for the next day and comped the cost of the exam but I had to stay in a hotel in the city for the night which was unplanned) finally had the exam and they wanted to look into somethings and make a game plan, took impressions and then I never heard from them again, this is 2 years later tried getting in touch to no avail. I’ve given up I’ll just deal with the pain. 3 stars only because the staff was friendly.”

“Endless nightmare experience with front staff. Paperwork not complete for over a year, 2 days notice that a 300+$ bill will be sent to collections because staff refuse to discuss or call to get answers. Horrible experiences, 2 yrs of run around.”

“Excellent experience here, I honestly wish I went here first but I went the long way around and the VG referred me here. Gave me a full assessment in their beautiful, modern and comfortable facility. Lovely waiting room and exam rooms. Excellent staff, personable front facing crew. Never waited more than 5 minutes for my apts. Equipped to do all the scans and x rays in house. Gave me a full workup that looked at my history. Really attentive, humanizing and supportive. Ended up with some custom dental appliances that are helping. No pressure to buy. Felt very honest and fair. Total cost from start to finish was about 2k ish. My BlueCross covered about 600$ and would have actually covered more but I'd used up my allotment already for a few things. Worth every penny for pain relief. You can't even see my appliances when I wear them. (See photo). Really big on educating the patients. I'm already suggesting them to all my friends. Lots of parking outside, free. Scent free facility. Coffee/tea/water available in the waiting room. Took about 2 weeks to get my initial appointment. Appliances were ready in 1 week. High quality with great instructions. Magnetic carrying case which is great for folks like me who have fine motor issues.”
