“Had some "unsuccessful" experiences with previous practitioners, went into my appointment with some trepidation. Was very pleased, got an explanation of what was probably wrong with my knee, which made sense to me and which nobody else addressed previously, was treated with ultra sound, given an exercise to do at home and told to use heat instead of cold and come back in 2 weeks. I understood that I had to strengthen the muscles around my knee before more could be done, this also made sense. I was also pleased that I did not get the "we'll need to see you twice a week for who knows how long" speech. Thought, from the name, that this might be a jock athlete type of place but saw other people with crutches and canes and was made to feel welcome. All in all 2 thumbs up, I am walking better already and am anticipating recovery without surgery. Yay!”Read moreShow less

“I have had the privilege of being a client of Jeremy, Tyler, and a few of the physiotherapy students over the last 7 months. The first time I came into the clinic, I remember I could barely walk, as I had recently torn my meniscus. As a sports loving 20 year old, it was like my world fell apart. Jeremy and Tyler instantly made me feel included and optimistic about my recovery. They always encouraged activity and helped me get to my goals in the best way possible. Fast-forward to now, and I barely even noticed I had a torn meniscus. I can play volleyball, soccer, and basketball and feel even more athletic than before the injury. Every day I went, I was encouraged, challenged, and always smiling. I always felt important and like a friend from the front desk to each physiotherapist. I participated in the program for about 5 months and was able to complete my return to work program with the help of the qualified physiotherapists as well as the swimming program they provided.
