“** Thank you for your response. I was very polite and thank your staff for help. I also contacted manulife and confirmed there is no doctors noted needed. For your to respond to a customer's experience instead of improving your service is another indication of how bad your practice is. ** Absolute waste of my time. Made the appointment and show up only for them to tell me I need a doctor's note to submit to insurance. I get massages twice a month and this is the only place to require this. “I've seen both Krysta and Charlotte and I honestly alternate between the two of them because they are both SO amazing, plus they are so welcoming and accommodating. I've been here a few times since covid started and they have really good protocols in place and I always feel safe coming here, and they also do online booking and direct billing.
