“I had an appointment for a flat and helix piercing with Tina. While Tina was very friendly and talkative, the colourful conversation seemed to lead to a lack of focus which resulted in a major technical error. We had clearly marked the spot for my "flat" piercing (see attached photo) and I had agreed to the placement in the mirror. Seemingly distracted, she completely missed the mark - piercing me nearly half an inch away from the designated spot. I ended up with an upper helix piercing instead of the flat I requested. I was so shocked in the moment and didn’t know what to say as the damage was already done. To finish, the appointment felt a bit rushed at the end; I didn’t receive any aftercare instructions, and the follow-up email that was promised never arrived. While I can appreciate her personality, I’m looking for a more focused and precise environment for my piercings, so I will be going elsewhere for my jewelry changes and future work and I can’t say I can recommend this shop, unfortunately.”

“Tina was able to fit me in super last minute to help me put my nose ring back in post surgery. She noticed the cartilage was shrinking since it had been out for a week. She was super friendly and very clean. She talked to me through the whole thing and let me know everything she was doing. I'm happy my jewelry is back in! Thank you Tina!”

“The kindest staff! I came in on very short notice to get a piercing removed since I had an MRI that day and was in a time crunch to get my cartilage piercings out. One of the ladies working there notified me that Tina wasn’t in today as she was getting ready to leave town for a couple days. I explained my situation and she called Tina who then came in within 3 minutes and removed my piercing no problem and I was out in 5 minutes. They put in the extra mile to please people and spread kindness! Thank you thank you!!”

“I've gotten two separate piercings done by Tina. My nostral and septum. On both occasions Tina was patient and explained the process. She's lighthearted and loves to joke around which makes it fun. She sent me home with the aftercare explained to me and gave me a printed version in case I forgot. Great experience.”
