Very judmental psws and doctors, thinking I was drug seeking because they wouldn't put me in an mri machine for a full spine. I had 8 disc protrusions and 3 heart attacks and their staff laughed at me everytime I went in with 911 with a heart attack. I have no L5-S1 disc and I have Cauda Equina Syndrome. I had to send my neurosurgeon all my relevant mris through pocket health during the Christmas holidays because they refused to treat me properly. 3 doctors on Medical C laughed at me and I discharged myself. Turned out I needed my C3 to C7 decompression surgery with spinal fusion. I'm a walking miracle for a 2nd time and it all started in 2019 until now.

I was ignored and left to suffer. I came in after hurting my back at work. With symptoms that I now know to be drop foot, sciatica and unable to hold my bladder (possible equida syndrome). Dr. Zilka told me to stop being a baby and outright refused to order an MRI because SHE is a doctor , and the internet can't possibly be right about my symptoms. I was sent home to suffer. 10 days later I came back in , with even worse symptoms. Dr.champion immediately ordered an MRI and I was sent home a few more days until got the imaging done. A week later Dr.champion called to inform me I had an extremely large herniated disc at l4-l5 level , impinging on sciatic nerve root aswell as spinal cord, just brushing against the cauda equida sack of nerves with spinal stenosis. he then referred me to sudbury for surgery. I did physiotherapy for 3 months and then was left a vegetable by a sneeze. the sneeze put me back in this hospital for 6 nights, where I was treated poorly and was highly medicated and completely bed ridden. I left there when I was able to bear the pain of using a walker the 3 steps it would take to get into my house. went for my consultation and the surgeon immediately said surgery is my only option , physiotherapy will not fix this. after the experts Dr.zilka told me I only pulled a muscle and Dr.wilson tried to dope me enough to go home telling me they dont operate on discs like mine 🙃 I had microdiscectomy surgery 3 weeks later. and cannot for the life of me recommend this hospital to anyone. a competent doctor would have acknowledged my symptoms realized I had a disc problem and ordered the MRI . instead she was insulted that the internet had already told me what I needed by the time I got there and I was left to suffer because of her own entitlement. and refused to do what she needed to do. it was a complete power trip like I was her child refusing to listen to her instructions or something. Dr.champion was great, a nurse named Kevin and the nurse who admitted me 5 mins into her shift after i had been in ER 12 hours was great. every other person I interected with was miserable and condescending. please do better . People do not deserve to suffer in that kind of pain so the hospital can try to save $$ on MRI fees.

Sat for over 5 hours in ER, no help. It's like they try to starve you out before they have to provide care.

one of the worst emergency triage one could ever experience. if you have a back pain and can't sit they will make you sit for prolonged hours. if a 5 year old walks in with a bleeding ear they would rather make him wait too until he can't take it. a boy came in 10am with a broken finger left finally at 6.30 with a support. so far 7 hours of wait time have seen a 2 people both on oxygen diabetic and getting dizzy as every second pass. No sense of prioritizing anybody at all. just going by numbers the best answers you can get - I have no control who is being called. we have more serious patients that are being taken care of 7 hours what a joke!! People with emergency concerns being asked to wait for such a long time.. maybe don't opt for emerge at all

Doctors and nurses discharge patients who are in need of help because they arent competent to do their jobs and lie about it being because they're understaffed

the nurses who dealt with me for my MRI didn't have great bedside manner. this was a few years ago. the nurse who dealt with me for my day surgery caused me to cry from the pain of trying to get the IV into me. sometimes you need to call in a fresh set of eyes to get the job done instead of hurting the patient

Hands down absolutely the best maternity/peds staff. My wife and I had our very first baby last week. The staff went beyond their work to help us and guide us to being new parents. Our daughter Ivy went through a bit of a rough patch going into the NICU and having high levels of jaundice. Ivy was taking care of by many nurses and other staff. I can name a lot of names off the top of my head, but honestly I’d have to name all the staff. My wife and I appreciate all the love and support they gave the three of us.

You could be dying and the "emergency service" this hospital offers is a complete JOKE! HORRIBLE SERVICE! HIRE MORE DOCTORS. PAIN/INCIDENTS DOES NOT HAVE A DAY OR TIME! DOCTORS SHOULD BE WORKING 24/7!! 😤 VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, FEELS ALMOST LIKE THEY ARE LAZY TO DO THEIR JOB. THESE ARE EMERGENCIES, LIKE COME ON! 😤🤦‍♂️
