“I just had the most amazing experience at Times Dental today. I've been neglecting my teeth and dental health for years out of fear, but I had heard such good things about Times Dental that I decided it was time to go. I was absolutely terrified before going, as I had severe dental trauma from my childhood. But the reception team, Richa and Myleene, made me feel so welcome from the second I entered. Their gentle calm and kindness reassured me that I would be fine, and that everyone would be with me every step of the way. A lovely dental assistant, Wylynn, explained what would be done, and literally held my hand when I got nervous. Then I met Dr. Hans, and I knew right away I had made the right choice. He welcomed me warmly and repeatedly assured me that I could do this, and that he'd take me step-by-step through the appointment before any work started. He actively listened to my concerns, and calmly showed me that I had nothing to be scared of. He didn't judge my dental neglect for a second. He just met me where I was and made a plan to best address my issues. He was kind, incredibly good at his job, and easy to talk to. He sent me over to have my cleaning with Tina Phan, a dental hygienist. She was truly an earth angel. She reviewed my concerns with gentle kindness, and her knowledge of her job put me at ease. She was funny and sweet, and did my cleaning with tools she thought might alleviate some of my fears. She worked quickly and thoroughly, and by the end she was so happy for me that I had gotten though it. I know there are many wonderful dentists out there, but I feel so lucky to have been treated by Dr. Hans and the staff at Times Dental. I am grateful to them for helping me through on if the hardest days, and I know they only want to set their patients up for success. So whether you are scared of dentists and have neglected your dental health for years, or just looking for an extremely competent and knowledgable dentist and team, Times Dental is the best.”

“I visited Dr. Manu Han at Times Dental Clinic on extremely short notice after the crown on my lower left molar unexpectedly came off. The crown had originally been done back home in India, and I was anxious about how complicated the fix might be. Dr. Manu immediately put me at ease. He expertly recemented the crown and also identified and fixed a couple of additional issues I wasn’t even aware of. What stood out the most was his calm, reassuring manner — he explained every step clearly, checked on my comfort throughout the procedure, and made sure I understood what he was doing and why. The staff at Times Dental Clinic were equally wonderful — welcoming, efficient, and genuinely caring from the moment I walked in. This level of professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly made a stressful situation feel manageable. I’m grateful for the prompt care and highly recommend Dr. Manu Han for anyone looking for a dentist who combines skill with genuine compassion.”

“This is a long overdue post, but I would like to thank Dr. Manu Hans, Anthesa, Mylene and the rest of the staff for the great service on all of my dental appointments. I have had procedures such as wisdom teeth extraction teeth cleaning and fillings, as well as my crown put in and each service is meticulously done. Dr. Hans always made sure that every procedure is painless and comfortable for me. Anthesa, my hygienist has always been so thorough and always provides tips on how to take care of our teeth. Looking forward for my dental appointment with her later today. Mylene has also been helpful in scheduling appts and explaining the billing. Everyone in thr clinic is great. The clinic is well-coordinated and so far, I am definitely pleased with my experience! 100% Recommended!”

“I went to the office today to get a filling done. Dr. hans and the team made me feel very welcome. I am a dentist and I trust Dr. Hans. The procedure was painless, quick and was also high-tech. He used a few tech technologies that even impressed me. He showed me before and after photos, allowed me to rest my jaw on a device that also was used to suction at the same time. It was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this office and I place my trust in them.”
