customer service: 1/10 deep tissue massage: 4/10 I don't normally make reviews, good or bad, but I feel this needs to be said. My last visit to this establishment was uncomfortable. Partially because in a phone conversation, where I had to reschedule, the person was extremely rude, inconsiderate and impatient. They have no receptionist so it's incredibly difficult to get a hold of anybody. My best friend bought me a gift certificate to this establishment after I had been going through a terrible time. She had to wait 20 minutes for someone to even come out to know she was there, only then to make her feel bad because "you can get gift certificates online." (but, some people prefer to give a gift card you can hold and physically give to someone.) I went to my massage which was meant for an hour, but I did not receive a full hours massage. They came in 10 minutes late and finished 5 minutes early. I won't be returning or recommending this business to anyone. Again, I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones. 😑

I’ve been working with Tabitha for muscle-related issues, and the experience has been excellent. She is highly professional and clearly very knowledgeable. She takes the time to answer my questions thoroughly, explaining what’s happening and why, which gives me a lot of confidence in her approach. After just two sessions, I’m already noticing major improvements in my mobility and overall movement. I feel more stable, less restricted, and genuinely encouraged by the progress so far. I highly recommend Tabitha to anyone looking for effective, informed, and results-driven treatment.

Had a head and back massage with Alison last week. Was amazing. Didn’t want it to end. The only gripe I would mention but doesn’t affect my star rating is one of the other therapists was complaining/gossiping/story telling about her life to someone (possibly another client) and you could hear her through the wall the entire time. Didn’t ruin MY experience but I definitely could see it ruining someone else’s. I can’t imagine anyone would find it relaxing when the therapist is essentially screaming about whatever drama they have going on in their personal life. However Alison was great, and I highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back.

Lesley has healed my aversion to massage. I've been bruised bad in the past and LLL has offered me just the right pressure in each session. If you aren't interested in conversing, she honors the silence; I appreciate this. And I appreciate you, Lesley! 100% recommend. Oh, and the music will take you to Bermuda, which is nice. Get ready for paradise.

Very disappointing experience. This business has a strict and unfair no-show policy: Only email reminders (no text or phone call). No courtesy call if you’re running late. Full charge if you miss. Yet, when I arrived early, they still started late and ended early — I paid for a 1-hour massage and only got about 45 minutes. When I called, staff were rude and dismissive. They act like they’re too busy for basic customer care. If you value your time, money, and respectful treatment, I suggest finding another place.

My room was right next to the staff lunch room, I could hear a group chatting and laughing and slamming cupboards while I was trying to receive my massage. I ended up cutting my hour massage short because I just wanted out of there. I was fighting back tears for a good portion of the massage because I had been looking forward to it for so long and it was anything but relaxing. Edit to the business' reply: I addressed my concerns to the therapist during the massage and nothing changed, hence why I cut my massage to as short as it could be and have never returned.

I'm new to the area and just had my first appointment. Alison provided a great evaluation and pin pointed my pain the doctor missed. If you are having pain don't wait this is the place to go...just dont take my time slot. Thanks
