“Unfortunately, my experience at Tiger Spa was disappointing. The front desk staff came across as quite rude and unwelcoming, which set a negative tone from the moment I arrived. I also found the prices to be significantly higher than expected for the level of service provided. Customer service is a big part of the overall experience, and unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. I hope they work on creating a more welcoming atmosphere for their guests.”

Booking and fees

  • Advance notice to cancel12 hours

    Sick clients are not allowed to have treatment and will be required to call out 12 hours in advance to reschedule.

  • Arriving late shortens the visitless Than 15min

    If you arrive late for your massage (less Than 15min), the therapist will not extend your treatment time to compensate for late arrivals.

  • Fee for cancelling late

    Failure to cancel will result in a same-day cancellation penalty of 50%
