“Jen is a very knowledgeable and sincere coach, whether it’s Reiki seminar or an aesthetics visit. She eagerly seeks all the knowledge that is available and applies it to her practice. She makes you feel relaxed and very special during your visit to her spa. I have witnessed her give classes on how to use new methods of skin care ie: comfort zone, micro blading etc. Jen is a professional teacher. She is kind to her students and eager to listen to them and assist when needed. Her Reiki sessions are magical and peaceful. “Deep sigh…Calm, serene environment. It is an experience not just a procedure. I enjoyed my full facial, deplaning & gentle peel. I came out refreshed & renewed. The only way I can explain how my face felt is imagine you have a Halls in your mouth & imaging that coolness when breathing in…my face felt like that. A fresh rejuvenated skin tone. “I worked with Jennefer over a 10 session plan to help me release some long standing and deeply routed feelings of unworthiness and unimportance such that I could have more confidence in who I am and what I deserve out of life. She helped me build better appreciation for who I am and what I can ask for and deserve to receive. She also helped clear some strong anger I was having towards my family of origin and change the way I was viewing past events. “It was an absolute pleasure working with Jennefer through her NLP & NLP Hypnotherapy program. I knew very little about NLP therapy when we first met through a Reiki session however, I was open to making some changes in my life and healing some past trauma. The biggest win for me was being able to calm my nervous system which was something I have never been able to do long-term.
