“I’m writing this review for my mom who got the 79$ facial with the collagen booster. The results were great, Cindy was wonderful so no problem there. We were strongly considering coming back but we were shortly subjected to really predatory sales tactics which completely put us off. The sales associate almost insisted that we agree to a ridiculously overpriced package plan for 9000. After it was clear we weren’t gonna agree to that, he kept on giving us discounts (which were still a lot of money) and insisted that we could finance it using a loan (which has ridiculous interest rates). I kept saying to let me think about it, but he kept insisting that we agree to the deal right then and there or else it won’t be available. These high pressure sales tactics are extremely predatory and I can definitely see more elderly people getting manipulated. Keep in mind that we would’ve definitely returned if they didn’t display this behaviour.”Read moreShow less

“This is a fraudulent business. Beware!! I got talked into purchasing quite an expensive product to reduce / eliminate under eye puffiness. The original salesperson Jacob at Erin Mills Mall location was quite helpful and seemed sincere so I purchased. The applicator syringe stopped working after a few weeks. I called the phone number that Jacob had provided but received message indicating that number was not assigned. I went to the Erin Mills location and explained the concern. After long interaction, the girl on counter spoke with the “Head Office” and gave me another syringe with product. The product doesn’t do anything…DOES NOTHING!! “ITS A SCAM!!! THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS!!! Giovanni is VERY aggressive, i recently visited this place with family and they coerced my relative into buying products over $5000 although she kept insisting she had no money! They don’t let you leave after you get a massage and keep pushing for you to buy the products although there’s no money! They don’t mind you going into debt! DONT BUY FROM THESE GUYS, THEYRE A SCAM!!
