“Knows his stuff, zeroes in and knows what to work on to address the underlying issue. I bashed my back against the edge of a couch and had pain walking - not sitting or lying down or breathing, just walking. After several days of letting it subside on its own, I saw Phil. By then the pain was mostly gone, and I described what it had felt like - he worked on that area of my back, then started on my hip. He found the spot alright. He took his time and applied just the right amount of pressure - any more and I would've said stop, but he was close. That night my hips felt loose and my gait was easier then it's been in awhile. Highly recommend.”

“I was extremely pleased with my massage today. I suffer from a great deal of chronic pain due to various injuries and hypermobile Ehler’s Danlos. Phil was knowledgeable about the condition- which isn’t always common- and helped relieve my back and neck pain. Unlike some therapists who go straight into treatment without asking questions, Phil was clearly interested in making sure he understood my physical struggles before starting the massage, and suggested exercises I could do to help my strength and alignment. I’d definitely book him again!”

His space is very warm and inviting, his technique is amazing he got deep into some muscles that I didn’t even know were an issue until he relieved the tension in them. All around very friendly guy, great massage and great conversation you will not be disappointed. I will definitely be returning client.”
