“I have been to the clinic plenty actually . I was treated from 2013 until 2015 weekly there . I then moved away and moved back right before the pandemic and started going there frequently again as I never had any issues prior . BUT during COVID while everyone was being told if you are sick or have any symptoms to stay home , I called one morning 4 hours before my appointment as I was starting to feel sick . (Turns out I did have Covid ) I got a message back from Rebecca saying that if I didn’t pay the cancellation fee that I was not welcome back at the clinic . If I could upload the email I would . Very disappointing and unethical . Especially considering I gave you so much business .”

“I had phone appointments , but every time I called it felt really rushed and like I was being brushed off quickly. The sessions never felt long enough, especially for how much this stuff costs. I just didn’t feel genuinely cared about or listened to, so personally I wouldn’t go back through them.”

“The links in the emails didn’t take me to the right places. Super difficult to reach anyone regarding changing the date of my appointment. Called a dozen times and left messages three different days. When I finally did speak to someone he was so rude and talked to me like I’m an idiot. Just canceled instead of rescheduling. Got a “sorry you feel that way” instead of sorry we made you feel that way from the owner.”

“My postnatal massage with Naiomi was exceptional! Since giving birth to my daughter, I've had a lot of tightness and pain in my neck, shoulders and back. Naiomi, a mother herself, understands how breastfeeding affects your muscles and mobility.
