There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you can’t cancel your appointment online, it’s most likely because you’re cancelling your appointment too late. You will need to text Ila on the phone number above.
Osteopathy is not a direct billing health service. You will receive an email with your receipt on the day of your treatment. The receipt has all of the information you need to claim on your health benefits.
