A valid credit card is required to secure booking to cover no-shows or late cancellations.
A kind reminder, you’re responsible for any amount not covered by your provider.
If we are unable to bill your provider, an e-receipt will be issued to you for your private submission.
We are currently not taking any ICBC or WorkSafeBC patients.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) will be charged 50% of the service fee on the first offense.
No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
