“Thrive was recommended to me after severely tearing my hamstring in late summer 2016. I can't say enough about the quality of treatment I received from Kristina. On every visit she fine tuned my exercises based on my progress, and often incorporated massage and acupuncture into my treatment. “This very clean facility is particularly special to me because the classes are nice and small which allows the instructor to make the necessary corrections, allowing the recipient's results to be optimized.
