I recently had treatment with Dr. Alora Bashnick, and I cannot express how grateful I am for her care. I’m not someone who usually posts reviews, but I couldn’t stop myself today because of how much she helped me. I had been struggling with severe stomach issues for almost a year, and the last two months were the worst. I visited the ER multiple times and tried several medications, but nothing gave me relief. After researching on my own, I discovered colon hydrotherapy. I was extremely nervous before my first appointment because I didn’t know what to expect. But Dr. Alora explained everything clearly, listened to all my concerns, and made me feel completely comfortable. The session went smoothly, and I felt truly cared for. She answered every question I had, and I felt confident enough to book a second appointment the same day — and eventually a third — because I had a lot of toxic buildup. Throughout the entire treatment, Dr. Alora guided me with patience, compassion, and expertise. She also recommended Calm Magnesium Powder, which has helped me a lot. For the first time in so long, my stomach pain is finally gone. Alora is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her patients. She even provided a helpful chart for future guidance. The staff at Thrive Naturopathic was also kind, supportive, and welcoming. Thank you so much, Dr. Alora Bashnick, for everything you’ve done for me. I’m truly glad I found Thrive Naturopathic!

I called to ask some questions and got absolutely amazing customer service. Most business answer the phone quite rudely I find, but the lady on the phone was so nice and helpful. I absolutely appreciate when customer service is like this :) !!

I absolutely love Thrive Naturopathic Clinic! I've been to many different naturopathic clinics in Regina and this one is my favourite. I especially love their infrared sauna with cold shower, their BrainTap meditation headset, and their fitness room. I recommend this clinic to all of my friends and family.

What a commitment to care, love and choice at this clinic. The 2 incredibly Doctors are a wealth of knowledge. They always have a plan of action, and they care. Going to Trive has been a life changing experience. The entire time at Thive hear you, they talk to you and they listen. Saskatchewan is blessed to have such an advanced level of care and commitment. Thank you to the entire team at Thrive💚💚💚

I’ve always had a great experience when visiting Thrive for an appointment, and after today’s visit with Alora, I wanted to leave a positive review of my experience! A few years ago, I started seeing Dr. Laura Stark for some pain management, dietary limitations, and prevention for some health concerns. A few years later, I had the pleasure to meet with Dr. Mikayla Raddysh. I knew she would be a great fit for my concerns after our first visit! We started to review some of my dietary limitations and start on supplements to help support my gut health. From there, I decided to take a step further for my health, and try the Colon Hydrotherapy. Alora made the experience so comfortable, and ensured I was relaxed through every step of this vulnerable process. I was very nervous before my appointment, and she eased any doubts I had. My initial appointment was just over an hour, and I felt that all my questions were answered thoroughly. Now that my appointment is finished, I feel less bloated and have more energy. I can’t wait for my next appointment! Thank you Alora 🥰

Dr. Raddysh and Dr. Stark are both amazing. The clinic is beautiful, the admin staff are kind and efficient, and the clinic has several different services available for health optimization including IV therapy, saunas, and colon hydrotherapy. I highly recommend giving Thrive Naturopathic a try if you’re struggling with or looking to improve your health!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Mikayla was such a joy to have an appointment with. She is so knowledgeable and is eager to help and get to the bottom of it, very fast! I’ve struggled with stomach issues, etc and have had some complications with my type one diabetes. She gave me a whole new insight, with fresh ideas and stuff that actually WORKED this time!! Would highly recommend going here, you won’t be disappointed!

I didn't even manage to get my foot through the door of this business before they were threatening to cancel my appointment and charge my credit card. I booked the appointment with Mikayla Raddysh a few months ago, and gave them my credit card information with the understanding that if I cancelled last minute or did not show for my appointment, my card would be charged. That is fine, and is standard for most appointments of a similar nature. I completed my paperwork, left my credit card, and had every intention of attending the appointment, otherwise, I never would have booked it in the first place. The week prior to my appointment, I received a few calls from an unspecified number during the typical 9-5 work day. I didn't answer, as I typically only answer calls from my child's school, family, etc. during the work day in case of an emergency, as I don't have much time to spare during the work day. The Saturday prior to my appointment on Monday afternoon, I received an email (to my junk inbox nonetheless) from Thrive Naturopathic, claiming that if I did not respond to their confirmation notifications within 2.5 hours, THEY would cancel my appointment and charge my card. Now, practically speaking, if I've booked the appointment, left my credit card on file, and completed and submitted the intake paperwork, why do they need my confirmation response...? If I no show, no worries, they can charge my card and their bases are covered. However, based on the fact that I was an entirely new patient with no former record of no showing, and had been prompt to submit my paperwork and book in, it doesn't make sense to assume I will no show and cancel my appointment without my knowing two whole days before my appointment. They weren't even going to give me the chance to attend the appointment I booked before they assumed a no show, charged my card, and gave my appointment away to someone else. Like many people, I try to avoid checking my email over the weekends as that's when I spend time with my family and decompressing from work screen time. If I hadn't seen the email, I would have shown up to my appointment and they would have already charged my card and given it away. The response I received back was even more frustrating. They tried to make me sound irrational, stating "sorry you felt threatened". 1) I did not say I feel threatened, I simply noted they threatened to cancel my appointment and charge me, which is true. 2) "sorry you felt XYZ" is not an apology or acknowledgement of error, it is placing the blame on the person who deserves the apology. 3) Exaggerating what I said in order to make me seem irrational is an awful thing to do to any person. In all of their responses, they made it very clear that Mikayla's time was worth more than mine, and that their other patient's needs were more important than mine. They'd rather cancel my appointment and milk me for the cancellation fee (which I was under the understanding I would only be charged if I cancelled my own appointment, not if THEY decided to cancel it without my consent) and squeeze in another one of their pre-existing clients, to double up on what they could earn that hour. I ended up cancelling as Wendy, Jayd, and Mikayla wasted a solid hour of my time with all this back and forth. Perhaps I should invoice them for my hourly rate, as there are plenty of people, who to quote them, whose schedules and time are also important and are wanting to book in time with myself.

I’m honestly so impressed with my first few visits to Thrive. I really didn’t know what to expect, but they were very professional and caring. They made me feel right at home. You can tell they know what they are doing. The staff I’ve met have all been very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend Thrive to anyone looking for help from a Naturopathic Doctor. I’m very thankful that your in Regina and I found you!
