“I’ve been going to Thrive Family Chiropractic for almost two years now, and choosing them was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. When I first reached out, I had contacted a few clinics, and Thrive was able to see me the soonest — which was a huge relief at the time. After dealing with past injuries from an accident along with general aches and pains, I experienced noticeable relief very quickly once I started treatment. Dr. Peddle and Dr. Fox are both wonderful to work with, and their entire team is friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Appointments are easy to book, and I’m often in and out within 20 minutes, which makes it easy to fit into a busy schedule. Parking has never been an issue for me. While the lot isn’t huge, I’ve always been able to find a spot without any trouble. They also offer direct billing (at least through Sun Life), and their auto-pay feature makes things even more convenient — payment is processed automatically, so there’s no waiting at the desk. They’re conveniently located on Sackville Drive. I come from Mount Uniacke and it’s an easy drive — off the Beaver Bank Road exit, onto Old Sackville Road, Sackville Cross Road, and you’re basically there. It couldn’t be simpler. A nice touch is that they provide slippers at the door, as footwear is removed when you enter. (I usually just stay in my socks!) For my first and only chiropractic clinic experience, I truly have no plans to go anywhere else. “I did not have a positive experience at this chiropractic office years ago.Much of my appointment was spent on personal questions unrelated to my medical care, including discussion about my personal life and my daughter’s experience at the local high school. This made me uncomfortable and felt inappropriate for a professional healthcare setting. The appointment took a significant amount of my personal life and discussions surround it, and I ultimately left without receiving a chiropractic adjustment. “I've suffered with back pain for years, particularly after having 3 kids, but had some personal reservations about trying chiro. A friend recommended Dr. Fox several times, but I kept putting it off as I felt I could handle the pain myself. That was until my most recent (and worst) bout of sciatica left me in excruciating pain that I honestly couldn't live with any longer. I decided to reach out to this clinic, and I'm so glad I did. Autumn and Adrianna were so welcoming, kind, and helpful in explaining the first steps and making me feel comfortable. My first appointment with Jason solidified that I had made the right decision. He met me at my comfort level and immediately put my mind at ease. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining what my issues were and how he could treat them. He took away any fear I had, and I left that appointment knowing I would be ok. My pain improved after just 1 or 2 appointments and continued to improve with every visit. Aside from being an incredible chiropractor, Jason takes the time to build a relationship of trust, which for me, was crucial. I started off fearful, in tears, and unable to sit properly in a chair, but now I look forward to every single visit. Saying that chiropractic has improved my quality of life is a huge understatement. I know it sounds dramatic, but Jason literally saved me from misery, and what I assume would have been long-term opioid use. “This is an extraordinary chiropractic practice - if you need a chiropractor, this is the place to go. Within 2 visits I noticed concrete improvements to my health. Both Dr. Fox and Dr. Peddle are extremely kind, thoughtful and profoundly effective health professionals. Their first priority is the wellness of their patients - and that's true of everyone who works there. I have been to many chiropractors - these folks take the cake. If you like evidence-based health care, they invest in extensive diagnostic devices to tailor and target their treatments on an individual basis - to a degree that is exceptional in their field (and in health care in general). “I swear by this chiropractor. He and his wife are amazing and great people. I would not send you anywhere but here for people with back problems. They are amazing at what they do.
