“Excellent! I had a fantastic first counselling session with Karen. Felt very comfortable and open, not judgemental, and offered a realistic plan/idea towards future counselling sessions and how she would be able to assist me in my current issues impacting my life. She was able to prove a clear idea in how she could assist as well as limitations which I respect and see exactly why they were limitations when explained further. She has lots of background into many backgrounds, ages and situations which I really found helpful. Definitely looking forward to future sessions with Karen in near future.”
