Just had a massage with Ali Wolff, her pressure is out of this world! She was so intuitive about what pressure I needed to feel both results and relaxation! I will forever book with her. I would give her 10 stars if possible

10/10 - had shoulder and neck pain for a week and a half. Saw Dr. Simonida for a acupuncture/cupping session and pains almost all gone! Definitely will be coming back!

I absolutely love coming to Three Tides Wellness. As soon as you walk in the door you feel just completely at ease. They offer many wellness services and treatments. I highly recommend Vanessa Talmage for osteopathic therapy. She has greatly improved my quality of life. I used to experience severe TMJ pain every day, along with chronic back pain, even first thing in the morning after waking up. After just four months of treatment with Vanessa, my back pain and TMJ symptoms have completely subsided. Over the years, I’ve tried many different therapies for chronic pain, but this is the one that truly helped make a difference and feel like myself again. I also highly recommend Lindsay Schmalz, RMT, for massage therapy and lymphatic drainage treatments. I often struggle with water retention, bloating, and lymphatic drainage issues, and I always feel so much lighter, refreshed, and brighter after my sessions with her. She offers many different types of treatments and personalizes it depending on your concerns.

If you sit all day at a desk and think feeling stiff, heavy, and slightly misaligned is just part of adulthood, let me introduce you to Vanessa, osteopath and apparent wizard of the human musculoskeletal system. In one session, Vanessa managed to undo what feels like years of shortened hip flexors, internally rotated hips, and general “why do I feel like I’m walking through wet cement?” energy. She focused on releasing my iliopsoas and surrounding structures, addressed pelvic mechanics, and worked through some very real asymmetry that had clearly been brewing from prolonged sitting. The technical precision was impressive, but what really stood out was how clearly she explained what was happening in my body and why it mattered. I walked out feeling noticeably more mobile, more stable, and somehow lighter on my feet, like my gait had been politely reminded how it is supposed to work. My hips feel more neutral, my stride feels freer, and my body feels like it remembered an instruction manual it misplaced years ago. Vanessa has an exceptional ability to balance hands on osteopathic techniques with a deep understanding of biomechanics, posture, and functional movement. She does not just treat symptoms, she identifies patterns. And she does it with calm confidence, skill, and a very reassuring “I’ve got you” kind of energy. In short, I came in thinking I might get a bit of relief. I left feeling like my body had been recalibrated. If you sit for work, feel tight through the hips, or suspect your alignment has quietly gone rogue, book with Vanessa Talmage. Your hip flexors will thank you.

Dawn Nafziger is magic! After going to a physiotherapist at another clinic and getting Shockwave therapy treatment for tendonitis in my right shoulder, I spent a week in excruciating pain. I could not move my shoulder without extreme shooting pains on top of the constant pain that was present when staying still. My pain level was consistent to leading up to giving birth and I would spend the nights pacing from the overwhelming pain. After a few days I went to Dawn who had been successfully treating me for a couple years so I knew she was really good but did not expect this level of magic! I could not believe the difference from the time I walked in until the time I walked out and by 2 days after my treatment with her I had regained a lot of movement and the pain level reduced from a 9 to a 2. Thank you, Dawn! You are a lifesaver and you have me as a patient/client for life! PS I will always be going to Dawn before other treatments going forward

I can’t recommend her highly enough! She is truly fantastic at what she does. Her depth of knowledge is evident in every appointment, and she takes the time to really listen and understand my concerns. What I appreciate most is how she presents solutions and treatment options in a way that feels empowering, I always feel informed, supported, and confident making decisions about my own health. It’s such a respectful and collaborative experience every time.

Have reconnected with Dawn as my massage therapist when she moved to this location after trying many others closer to home. I realized it was too difficult to find anyone comparable that listens to your needs and targets the areas requested. Recently saw my chiropractor 2 weeks in a row for some back pain and one visit to Dawn and it is gone. Happy to make the trek to Waterloo monthly to continue getting the quality and professional service Dawn provides.

I don't like to leave negative reviews. However this was the second time we came and it will be the last. We had to use up a gift card reason for second visit. My sister in law and I get together every couple of months do something fun then go for lunch. The first time we came we were blown away how pretty the place was and relaxing . There was no one to greet us. After waiting for 5 minutes we ended up calling to make sure someone was there. No one answered we were surprised . Wondered who left the door unlocked and why is no one there. Turns out reception comes in much later and the therapists were all busy. It's a shame no one is there earlier as while we were waiting we would have loved to have purchased a few things. The massage therapist are absolutely amazing we had Jessica , Dawn and Lindsay. During our two visits. Such incredible massages. However I would highly recommend the receptionist Mitzi get trained a bit better. For someone who only works short hours she should have a bit better attitude and better customer service. Greeting people asking how they are...etc. After our first visit in November we booked our next appointment it took her over 10min to do so . Even though we gave her the specifics ( 2 people same time Tues or Thursday) she kept saying "oh that one is just for one of you, oh I have a Wednesday for you." I work in customer service myself and by the end even my patience was running thin. When she finally found an appointment in January took our gift card stated everything was paid in full. When we went yesterday as we were about to leave she was like oh you owe extra money. Pardon me? We paid in full prior to our visit. She said prices have increased since our last visit and now we have an outstanding balance. We paid but it left such a terrible taste in our mouths. We will not be returning and I don't recommend it at all , despite the excellent service we received by the therapists.

I’ve been going to Three Tides for the last few months after my friend recommended their massage services. I absolutely love the calming and relaxing environment. Sarah is a wonderful RMT and I always leave feeling so much lighter! I also love that they offer early morning appointments so I can go before work and feel energized for the day. Highly recommend!

Three Tides is such a beautiful healing space. I did a Flow and restore class with Jordyn (who I know from a previous studio). It was amazing and exactly what I needed. The small yoga room is so beautiful. It gives a more personal feel versus a big room that’s full. I’m also obsessed with the bolsters, blankets, and eye masks. It’s the most comfy and relaxed class I’ve ever done. Every Thursday night for me is now flow and restore. Thank you Three Tides for creating such a magical space for people to come and heal.
