“Nishith was very professional and knowledgeable. Student Clare was very helpful and I wish her well in her future. Receptionist Lori was accommodating, friendly and also professional. I had Bilateral Total Knee Replacement so these treatments were covered by the Hospital bundle which is appreciated but I only wish I had either private coverage or the funds to continue the treatments. “Incredibly great place for services such as physiotherapy. Went on my own, had great assessment for myself by Dr. Nishith. In my first visit, he not only made the correct assessment, but he helped me understand the plan for my next visits. Physiotherapy assistants were also professional. I'm bad in remembering names, but I'm grateful for support of all of you guys. Interestingly, this place has pictures of "Old Thorold" beautifully conserved and saved in the waiting area. “These guys are awesome!! I saw them myself after an injury and my son is seeing them now himself. Nish is absolutely amazing....all staff are incredibly friendly yet professional and it just feels very welcoming there . Highly recommend !!!”

“Hello, I was coming here for over year, and I like everyone there, my therapist did amazing job and I was happy; doesn’t matter I had to pay for my therapy but I never complain. One time my therapist was off and the girl who try do give me treatment, never check my file and try to do the wrong side of my back. I just mentioned later they should better trained.. few months ago my therapist wife had a baby, my appointments was cancelled over and over. I was frustrated, but ok, week ago I wanted to make my next appointment, I can’t make my appointment…..the reception wan not really good on her job. After, I emailed the office and requested new appointments; week later I had the call from manager Tom and he started threatening me. I’m not sure the threat come because English is not my first language language or something else. I just wish the last two conversations be recorded!!!!”Read moreShow less

“I am so glad that I have found this facility so close to my home. I needed a good massage as I was aching all over due to fatigue and stress. The masseur, Jodie, was so skilful and did such a wonderful job especially around the shoulders where I was hurting the most. The pressure and the movements loosened up the muscles and relaxed them. I came away feeling much lighter and pain-free. How wonderful to be treated with the appropriate movements, pressure and kindness. I felt so much better and healed. “I don’t recommend this place at all. My mother and I had an appointment today because we had a car accident. Too much time wasted with just questions. Finally she just put a cold gel pack on my mom’s back and recommended ways for me to bend over. Aside from how bad I felt when she repeatedly wanted to see my back to check for a skin condition when I was clear that was not the case. We felt uncomfortable in the facilities which are quite old and have a bad smell, and even more so with the therapist.”Read moreShow less
