“Went in for an eye exam with Dr.Moe and my experience was great he answered all my questions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The selection of glasses was the best I’ve seen in the city. Recommend coming here forsure!”

“A complete waste of time and money. I made an appointment with Dr. Adem, an optometrist, to get a prescription for sunglasses. He turned me down. As a result, I can't use my work insurance benefits, which I was planning to use for sunglasses. The wait time for the doctor is about 30 minutes. My vision was checked. I was given no information about my vision or recommendations. I do not recommend this optometrist.”

“I’ve been searching for an optical store that sells Zeiss 1.9 high-index glass lenses from Germany for quite some time. The optician, Andrey, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Initially, I couldn’t find the right frame at the store, but he introduced the Blackfin titanium frame from Italy. It’s a high-quality and more expensive option compared to the other cheaper frames, and it should go well with the Zeiss lenses. He warned me it would take three months, so I took a chance. When it finally arrived, we were both amazed at how thin the Zeiss glass lenses were for my heavy prescription. He addressed some of my concerns with the frame and now I am very happy. Thanks, Andrey, for helping me out with this! I’ll definitely be back to Thompson Optics for my next pair of glasses.”

“Went in for scleral lenses (for both eyes) as I was recommended by my optomerist. Flawless experience, first appointment had everything necessary knocked out the way. Second appointment had my own custom fitted scleral lenses and I could see again! Fitting was seamless, and the staff did a spectacular job of assuring I knew what needed to be done (I even called few days after in a row asking questions, and they were instantly answered) If you are second guessing what you need to do for scleral lenses, look no further. “The assistants were super welcoming and timely and got my initial retinal scans/glaucoma test done almost immediately after entering (I got there 10 minutes early too) and it only took about 5 more minutes to see the optometrist, who also was very efficient and nice. I got a pair of glasses from the salesmen in the back and the older gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable and gave me helpful opinions on what suited my face best. Can't wait for these gorgeous glasses to come in!”
