My mistake not checking reviews before booking with their business. Although physician I had appointment with was kind unfortunately she was not knowledgeable in her field. I live rural which is why I opted for virtual versus in person and had 3 different doctors assigned to my appointment even though secretary claims only 2 working. Appointments never on time. They switched mine and didn’t notify another doctor will be conducting , the prescription was sent to pharmacy under another dr I never seen. Definitely seems like they’re using government funding ans previous reviewers stated and not helping patients. In the end my service was not completely properly as they missed a form.

Very very unprofessional way of talking and treating patients. Pathetic and waste of time. Yesterday I had an online appointment with NP Mohammad Hawlader, he was not professional and spoke with me like he was not interested in the call. He told me he faxed the prescription to my pharmacy but they did not receive that yet. Pathetic nurse and please do not waste your time. These are simply time wasters and bagging money from government. Reach out to me immediately after you see this review!

I had high hopes for Virtual Health Clinic, but my experience was awful. I’m new to Toronto and 7 months pregnant, needing an urgent OB referral. Instead of helping, Dr. Mohammed Noman Hawlader (probably a scam) repeatedly asked me to provide doctor names for him to fax and dragged the process through multiple appointments. What upset me most was his constant discouragement. He repeatedly told me I would likely never find an OB and should look into midwives. As a pregnant patient, that was incredibly stressful and unacceptable. He also called early for appointments and was unprofessional during visits. I would not trust this clinic with my healthcare.

They made my depression worsen I made an appointment only because I saw the line on their website “Ontario residents with a valid health card can access psychiatric consultations and therapy at no cost”, but when I got a phone call from the clinic, his name is Mohammed Noman, he told me they don’t give consultations or therapy. Also he gave me the worst advice such as “Family, and friendship, good diet are important” which I already know and I am already doing my best for all of that. He also told me that “You probably need to take the medication infinitely. For your life”. Such a good advice for someone who has depression. He definitely made me feel more depressed.

Everyone please try out this ONLINE VIRTUAL DOCTOR. I stumbled apon these guys a few years ago and I USE THEM FOR EVERYTHING!! It’s so easy to do, I’m not tech savvy and I was able to set myself up and immediately got confirmation of an appointment. I will never go sit in a waiting room ever again!!

I had an excellent experience with this virtual health clinic. It was incredibly easy to book an appointment, and I was able to see a doctor much sooner than I expected. The physician was professional, attentive, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Best of all, my prescription was sent to my pharmacy right away, making the entire process smooth and stress free. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for convenient, efficient, and high quality virtual care!

Absolutely wasted my time. I had a flu + fever and ended up missing an assignment deadline for school. I chose to try VHC instead of going to a real clinic because I felt too sick to go in person. They scheduled a call with me immediately, but were 45 minutes late to the call. Then when I asked for the sick note, it came back incomplete with missing AND incorrect information. For over 2 weeks I begged them to get back to me since the school is not too flexible with these requests. Each time I would hear, "so sorry, we're getting on top of it," or my messages would be read but competely ignored until I follow up a few more times. I've easily sent over 20 messages back and forth requesting for them to complete their duty. They NEVER ended up giving me the form and I was not granted an extension for my assignment. You're better of paying out of pocket for an actual virtual clinic or mustering the strength to go to a physical walk-in. But feel free to come here if you want to waste your time and have your OHIP swiped for incompetent medical help.

I wanted a blood requisition to confirm something. I got an appointment almost immediately, which was great, the doctor who called was also great, however, he sent me a screen shot with the sound bar covering vital information required for Life Labs. Asked for a new one to be sent. Ended up at Lifelabs and he didn't put his name, the test I needed and he didn't sign it. So I was turned away. I'm pretty disappointed that I spent my time dealing with this and then couldn't even get my blood work done.

I used this service because I was unable to make it to a physical clinic to get a doctor’s note for work. I made 5 appointments total. The person I spoke with Tauheed Akhtar only contacted me for 2/5 appointments. She said that I would receive a call about payment for a note. I never got a call and I’m not sure why they would not use the online portal for payments and documents? I have to go to a different clinic and doctor now because I’m convinced that this is a scam. Don’t give them your OHIP information. Extremely disappointed by the lack of support and no way to message anyone on the portal without booking another appointment. You can join the call but the person never joins with you. I had the doctor phone my number once but I don’t know why they didn’t do the virtual call. 4 days later and I still haven’t received any note that I requested.

I had no confidence in what my doctor had told me about my condition and the treatment she prescribed. I made an appointment to discuss these issues with this virtual clinic. The doctor I was spoke to was amazing! She was thorough, kind, empathetic, knowledgeable, and took time to actually listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I didn't feel rushed or dismissed. She was incredible. I made the appointment easily and the call happened right on time just a few hours after my booking request. Thank you so much!!
