“I love this studio! The space is intimate & lovely. The owner & primary teacher Shawna is a very skilled teacher & so caring you feel held steady through the entire class. She holds space in the tenderest possible way while encouraging her students to push themselves further into finding ease while challenging their bodies to be stronger OR more stretched & calm. I could not recommend this studio more.”
