“I had a wonderful massage experience. She really took the time to listen to my concerns and understand exactly where my pain was, which made a huge difference. Her knowledge of the fascia and hypermobility was clear throughout the session, and she was able to target the areas that were actually contributing to my pain. I left feeling noticeably better. “I've been seeing Sarah ever since my husband and I moved to Cochrane. She has worked with me on my sports and work related injuries. She has worked with me throughout both of my pregnancies, and helped organize the contractions with the second one. She's used shockwave on my tight Achilles so I could get back to running. She has used it on my back to help loosen up all the tight muscles and knots before getting in with the suction cups and her hands. Sarah is definitely a magician.
