“Had the best experience with Dr. Bass and the whole team at Vital Smile today. They handled everything professionally and with care while I was in their office. They genuinely wanted to know how I was doing, and asked if there was discomfort several times during my appointment, which I appreciated! I was told that this was the best dentist practice and my partner and I are so happy we did the switch over. We look forward to seeing them again soon!”

This time it was Florence as my hygienist and she was fantastic by being friendly, knowlegeable and handling my cleaning with excellent precision! “Left The Vital Smile for services elsewhere. After years coming here and working with some great hygienists, there were multiple occasions where I received surprise invoices in the mail despite fully settling my basic cleaning invoice via health insurance before parting ways. At the time I had one of the most generous plans in-market and I had instructed them to work within that plan. I have never had billing problems with other dentists prior to or after Vital Smile. Not sure what was driving this behaviour but it certainly seemed to be questionable business practices. Disappointing.”

“I have been going to the Vital Smile since I moved to Vancouver in 2013 as a recommendation from my sister. I've had the pleasure of seeing all of the dentists over the years, but my primary dentist for the past 7+ years is Dr. Bass, who is now also a friend. I can't say enough about the service and professionalism I've been met with during every single appointment over the past 12 years. All of the staff from the front desk, to the hygienists, and especially Dr. Bass are incredibly warm and friendly, and I know they always have my best interests at heart. When I first went to the Vital Smile it felt like I was walking into the future - the office is modern, and all of the tech appears to be the latest in dental technology. I would highly recommend the Vital Smile to anybody looking for a new dentist, and I honestly can't speak more highly about them. 5 stars +++”

“I really love Vital Smile. They are very professional and also very warm and welcoming. I’ve been going here for years. Reasonably priced I think??? I don’t feel like a paycheck like other places but actually like an human patient. Also, the receptionists text you reminders which is really nice - you can actually reply to these texts and have a real conversation. Would recommend!”
