“Father in law lived in Long Term Care (Roseville) for the last year. I cannot say enough about the excellent care he received while there. Everyone on staff, regardless of their job, were amazing. My deepest gratitude to all.”

“The staff at the facility are usually attentive but in recent days they were not able to be properly staffed. Vacations should be staggered and limited spo a minimum of approximately 80% staffing is available to all the residents. Thankyou”

“I visit friends in this facility. Sadly I find the food unremarkable in taste. The presentation is fine, and variety, but taste is bland. My friends i visit who live there have much to say about what food they dislike. I think a Chef could review resident reviews and adjust some of the common issues. “Emma’s Unit Charge nurse at night is incompetent as a Charge Nurse, Doesn’t understand tasks at hand when it comes up. Then blames it on you when he was wrong…. Lack of accountability and coordination.”
