“Care providers very helpful. My mother speaks in mumbles and has dementia. I figured out what she was asking for “bathroom” mentioned it to a care giver. 2 caregivers immediately jumped in to action and took care of it promptly. She performed her business and was comfortable again. Thanks for taking care of my bed bound mother. I couldn’t do it.”Read moreShow less

“Negligent management, (confirmed by Retirement Home Regulatory Authority and posted on RHRA website in June 2025) Dishonest too. My family member suffered an overnight fall in which their head went through the wall. No acknowledgement by management. No assessment by doctor. No follow-up care. Photos of hole in wall and injury to head was delivered to corporate office to alert them to what goes on in their facilities. Extremely disappointing "care" of our most vulnerable while charging big bucks for placement in the memory care/impaired floor. “We celebrated my moms (marg jackson) 97th birthday and the 6 of us shared a meal with her there provided by her residence. The meal was delicious and the staff were excellent. Had a great day! Thanks to everyone.”

“The staff at Riverside Glen are absolutely beautiful to the bone. Always cheerful upbeat and fun. Always willing to help. Positive and nurturing. I feel like my mother is in the best place for her. When I am dealing with any staff member it is clear to me that my mother comes first. This gives me so much piece of mind. “Good quiet and serene retirement home on Woodland Road in the north end of Guelph. Plenty of parking. The inside. Looks like a mall there are sweets named after Guelph Street. The staff is friendly.”

“Visited my wife today. She was in a bad mood. The staff warned me a were kind and helpful in a trying situation. As always, I felt my family made a wise decision in moving my wife to Riverside Glen. A fine facility and staff.”
