📣 REQUIREMENT FOR ALL NEW PATIENTS: An in-person or virtual consultation is required prior to any treatment. We cannot do same-day treatment.
‼️ All Treatment costs are set to $100 plus GST for our deposit with Online Booking. $100 deposit will go towards your treatment.

📋 INTAKE FORMS POLICY: Please complete all intake forms at least 24 hours before your first appointment. If they still show as “Pending,” we cannot proceed and the appointment will be cancelled. We’ll send a reminder and let you know if it’s cancelled.
💳 CC ON FILE: Credit card information is required to complete the intake forms and for them to be submitted for review by our injectors. “I had such a great experience with Elli for my chin filler and chin shadow! She made the whole process feel so comfortable and easy, which really helped calm my nerves.
