“My experience as a patient for 30 years plus isnt very good at this time and point. Use to be a much better clinic. I have one of the best doctors as family physician is concern but to book appointments with a doctor is difficult probably due to volume of patients they are booking One particular front desk lady is so rude and uncooperative . I always have to involve the manager to get an appointment. I write this review because I want to motivate people to take seriously how to choose doctors and their expectations from a clinic which hosts the doctor. Im wishing to get better people to book appointment more trained and qualified.”

“Dr. Canderle has been my family dr for 26 years. Very friendly, efficient and caring. Tends to all my health issues without any problems. Is very understanding, Compassionate, and prompt response. The Staff are excellent and helpful, friendly and Courteous. Office Manager is very Professional and helpful. Even though I've moved to Port Hardy, Vancouver Island North they still take care of me and are excellent at taking care of all my health concerns. Provide excellent client support even from a distance. I highly recommend Station Square Medical as the perfect place to have a medical practitioner. All the doctors are excellent, caring, efficient, helpful, trustworthy and reliable. Thank you so much for caring for me all these years. 💕🙏💕”

“A few days ago, I developed a severe case of urticaria. My whole body broke out in large hives, which were extremely itchy, and my hands and feet were also swollen. I made an appointment with acupuncturist Dr. Jesse Yan, who treated me using traditional Chinese acupuncture. After just two consecutive days of treatment, my urticaria subsided and completely disappeared. Normally, urticaria tends to recur and can be difficult to resolve, so I was very surprised that Dr. Yan was able to cure it with only two sessions. I am truly grateful to Dr. Yan for his excellent medical skills.”

“I highly recommend Dr. Yan for anyone seeking an acupuncturist. I came to the clinic after a shoulder injury from skiing, which resulted in a bone crack and severe bruising covering my arm. The pain was intense and made it impossible to move comfortably. Dr. Yan was incredibly patient and thorough in his diagnosis. After his treatment, which included acupuncture to target the stagnant blood, the difference was remarkable. The bruising and swelling have significantly reduced, and I am almost completely pain-free. I am so grateful for his help. Thank you, Dr. Yan！”

“Dr. Elizabeth Chong doesn't care about you as patient, only cares about billing the system for a couple minutes phone consult. Then double dipping billing MSP by insisting an unnecessary, unhelpful "follow up" few minutes in-person appointment, pretending to care. The quick phone calls are her bread and butter🤑 easy $$$”

“They dont honor their appointment. They don’t respond to any emails or phone calls either. Why schedule the appointment if they cant honor them? I waited a long time to speak to someone but no one would answer the phone. I understand doctors are busy people but an appointment is there for a reason or simply communicate that they cant be there. I wont recommend this clinic atleast not for phone calls appointments.”

“DO NOT TAKE THEIR PHONE CONSULTATION. They will tell you nothing on phone. You will end up wasting your money and time with this medical clinic. They are super rude, they just take phone call appointments and will not treat you as human. I was surprised with phone call appointment as they didn't solve my issue and charged with hefty amount. Save your money don't give them any business. Goto any other medical clinic if you love your health. Stay away from station square clinic.”
