love Dr. B! I have been with her a long time now and have developed a trusting relationship with her. She has gotten to know me well too and knows what I need and like. I know she knows what she is doing and genuinely cares about my needs. She is always punctual and she tells it like it is which I appreciate. Grateful to be in her care! I also love the ladies at reception they are so helpful. Thank you!

Yesterday, May 25/26, l accompanied my daughter to this clinic during Walk In hours (5-7pm). After my daughter was assessed she was confirmed with having streptococcal. The Doctor on duty sent the prescription via electronic fax. When we arrived at our pharmacy we were told the prescription had not arrived. With the attempt to return to the clinic because of closing time my wife called the in house pharmacist at the clinic for assistance because during Walk In hours the clinic does NOT answer incoming calls. We came to understand that the clinic was having trouble sending prescriptions via digital electronic fax. The pharmacist at the clinic was kind to share via a text a photo of the prescription and for sending the prescription on behalf of the clinic to our pharmacy. We decided to return to our pharmacy. Our pharmacy confirmed that the prescription had arrived but we were told that the Doctor requested Penicillin V Potassium @ 500mg but in Canada it is only available in 300 mg or 600 mg. Therefore they sent it back to the Doctor not knowing it was actually the clinic pharmacist who sent the prescription. But by then the clinic was closed. Now our pharmacist was willing to alter the dosage using the 300mg but l had to give consent. We did not want a Substitute Alternative because for streptococcal Penicillin V Potassium is the antibiotic and we did not want Amoxicillin. Now we were put in a position to give consent to our pharmacist to alter the dosage of the Penicillin. Should a Doctor know that Penicillin V Potassium in Canada is not available @ 500mg as this is a USA dosage. Should a parent be put in a position to give a pharmacist consent to alter a dosage? Thank goodness we were able to connect to a ER doctor via my wife’s work place to reassure us that what the pharmacist wanted to do was appropriate for our daughter. So l believe that my Star review should be as follows: In House Pharmacist at the Clinic 5*, Clinic Accessibility to answer the phone during Walk In hours 1*, Doctor’s knowledge of what is available in dosage for a targeted antibiotic like Penicillin V Potassium without substituting an alternative 1*. I am furious with the outcome and the experience. I am a parent NOT a medical professional to make an on spot consent decision when services provided were handled poorly. 🙁🙁🙁

I was looking for female family doctor so I was contacting Medical station clinic, they told me Dr. Aram is taking new patients so I had booked an appointment with Dr. Aram at 9 am, I waited until 9:20 , I asked in the reception how long I had to wait but they told me they have no idea because Dr. Aram was not arrived at the clinic at all and no any update from her either, it’s very irresponsible and unprofessional. So I chose to walk away from the clinic. Who can’t track of the time and think there should be clients waiting for them , how they can be responsible for clients health.

My doc, Dr. Direnfeld, is practicing here now. He's been my doc for over 35 years, and he's the best, best, best! The clinic staff are super busy but they always respond quickly and efficiently.

Excellent care at this clinic. Dr. Leonard Direnfeld is an excellent family physician. Secretaries Sandy and Ivy are the BEST with exemplary customer/patient service. Thanks to all of you.

Overall, a very positive experience. The doctors are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely attentive. While my primary physician was away, the covering doctor went above and beyond to ensure I received the best possible care, which I really appreciated. Call wait times can vary at times, but prescription renewals are straightforward and the system works well overall. Walk-in appointments are also efficient and reliable. I would definitely recommend this clinic for anyone seeking quality medical care.

I called 5x, I'm 100% sure that they weren't too busy to the point that a person calling 5x wouldn't get a phone call picked up, especially at a place that has more than one receptionist. Best of all is a clinic that has an after-hours schedule but you aren't about to make phone calls. Just imagine if your partner is inside but he/she forgot the phone in the car. You can't communicate with the person to let know the phone is in the car. That is bizarre. The phone message says to check on the website, but it doesn't have all the information there. It is ridiculous. I keep going there because my family doctor is amazing, but i will check if he works somewhere else.

The staff always accommodating & doing their best to provide the service they give, despite the busy phone calls still able to reach patient for updates. All the doctors are great.

I've been a patient at The Station Clinic for 8 years through management changes and all the challenges of the pandemic. I can confidently say that the entire team of doctors, allied health workers, and staff have always done their best to provide quality care to their patients. The receptionists, Ivy, Karina, and Sandy, are always so respectful, kind, and helpful. They genuinely care for the patients at the clinic. I'm so grateful for the hard work of this clinic and hope more of their efforts get recognized for the good they provide to the community.

So disappointed in this practice. I was a patient here for 7 years and love Dr Pecchioli. She's been a great dr and is very kind but the way the practice is run made me not want to be a patient here anymore. 1. Its so hard to get through the phone cue... I spend at least 15-20 mins on hold every time. 2. Came in with strep throat. Walk in Dr didnt believe it was strep and told me to wait it out. Called me back a week later to tell me my cultures came back as strep but it was too late for a prescription because i had already had it for 2 weeks. 2. It takes forever to get an appointment (seriously, logged onto the portal on sep 26th, couldn't get an appointment for my 7 year old until Oct 22) 3. I showed up 10 mins late to an appointment and had to wait another 5 just to get someone to buzz me up from the parking garage (nobody answered the buzzer one of the tenants living upstairs let me in). Then I was told my son couldn't see the dr I drove an hour and waited a month to see. 4. You are not allowed to visit any other walk ins or you can be dropped as a patient which is kind of understandable but not really feasible if you have a young child.
