“I had a great experience with Justin Cheng and was really looking forward to continuing care at Kelly Kris Clinic. I had previously visited the clinic years ago with my mom, so I was excited to return and even recommend it to others. Unfortunately, I missed my recent appointment due to an unforeseen travel delay and wasn’t able to notify the clinic in time. As soon as I saw their call, I returned it, apologized, and rebooked for the very next day. The receptionist was polite and reassured me that it was no problem. However, when I arrived for my appointment, there was no mention of any charges beforehand. It was only after the appointment that I was asked to pay a no-show fee, which was quite disappointing. As a mom, my schedule can be unpredictable, and while I understand policies are important, clear communication upfront would have made a big difference. If I have to pay fees for situations like this without prior notice, I may need to look for a clinic that offers more flexibility.”

“I started receiving treatment from Dr. Kelly about two weeks ago and even in that short time, my pain has considerably lessened. This is pain from both old and new injuries, some severe like my lower back disc herniation. The relief is instantly noticeable. I should have been going to them sooner.”
