“Just had my first massage ever!!! I thank all the staff for making it such a wonderful, relaxing experience. I've greatly underestimated the power of a good massage. I felt like I was gonna plop down into a puddle afterwards! <3”

“Cozy and relaxing spa in Crowfoot. I went for the chemical peel facial treatment and the practitioner was wonderful. She even provided me with some skincare samples after my treatment to try at home. When you have booked a spa treatment, you're able to make use of the tea lounge with heated chairs and light snacks before or after your treatment.”Read moreShow less

“Staff was great, environment was super relaxing. Had a prenatal massage with Laura and it was absolutely amazing. I’ve had a couple other prenatal massages during this pregnancy not from this facility and was not impressed, but Laura definitely has me finishing off pregnancy on a good note! Can’t wait to get postpartum work done by her in the future !”Read moreShow less

“I recently had two services. The facial was great but I also had a pedicure which was just ok. The technician was lovely but I certainly expected more for $98.00. I regularly get pedicures for half the price and get more for my money.”

“I've visited here several times and have enjoyed different treatments (mostly massages, facials, and pedicures). Most of the practitioners I've had, have been lovely. But it can be hit or miss when trying a new practitioner. It's best to call ahead and ask for recommendations based on your needs. I've gotten a pedicure twice and I have to say I haven't loved either of my experiences, but they were just OK. It's a nice spa environment, but can get a bit loud and cramped, especially when they have larger groups visit. Some items have been unusable due to being out of order. I've seen cleaning staff in change rooms not cleaning/sanitizing brushes and items and instead just putting things back on counters dirty (making people think they're clean and ready to use again). The bathroom area can be unkempt (unflushed toilets water splattered all over the counters and mirrors and products left all over). But I'm sure this is partly to do with clients who treat the facilities disrespectfully when there too, as I personally have witnessed it. The spa leaves jars of crushed cookies/wafers and whole apples for snacks. It would be nice to see more healthy options along with that (nuts, seeds, trail mix or even some dried fruit). They always have some nice hot tea and water to drink too. Front desk staff aren't always so welcoming. The practitioners who did my last massage and facial were quite lovely.”Read moreShow less

“I rarely post negative reviews unless I believe others have a right to be aware. I used to love spa ritual years ago, always relaxing and upselling was never their primary focus. I clearly should have read the reviews prior to going in as another ladies nails looked as bad as mine. Live and learn. I went for a recent pedicure prior to heading out for a holiday. My nails looked lovely for about 30 minutes. Within seconds of finishing my nails I was asked to stand up and could go sit on a bench she pointed to if I liked. No checking to see if the nails were dry and no mention of them needing to set. I can leave I asked she said sure anytime I said well maybe I’ll sit for a minute and collect myself. I asked for a drink and she got one for me and quickly cleaned and filled up the tub for the next client. Finished my tea and left. When I got home I was extremely unhappy and called them and the first question was did you get the gel? No, and was told that doesn’t happen with gel. I can come back in and they can try and fix it. I was on a tight timeline and couldn’t. I don’t like gel on any of my nails as it just bothers me and quite frankly I’ve had a $40 non gel pedicure that has lasted over 4 weeks. This disgusting job cost $118.00. When I felt like I was being demeaned for not getting gel I told her I’d like to speak to a manager. I also asked if my other credit on file was there and she looked around on the computer shaking her head and then finally found it. The manager got back to me and I felt had worded her email as if it was my fault I hadn’t waited around to let them dry. I would have had I been advised to. She has offered me a $21 nail application. I truly would like to never have to go back so asked if she could just refund me for the $2-1 and two other credits I have on file. Still haven’t heard back about that. I’m sure many of there other services are great. Get your pedicures elsewhere and get them still done nicely without gel.”Read moreShow less

“I’ve had massages at this salon and this experiences were very good — professional and relaxing, which is why I decided to try a gel manicure as well. Unfortunately, the manicure did not meet professional standards. The gel polish was applied onto the skin and under the cuticle, including the sides of the nail, which made the manicure look messy and poorly finished. My request was simply not to cut the cuticle too close to the skin to avoid injury — not to skip proper preparation. Regardless of cuticle condition, gel polish should be applied cleanly on the nail plate, not on the skin. This is a basic standard of a professional gel manicure. When I shared my concern, the explanation I received placed partial responsibility on me and my cuticles, rather than acknowledging the application issue. While a partial credit was offered, I felt that my feedback was not truly heard, and responsibility was shifted to the client instead of being taken by the service provider. For me, this situation was not about money, but about professionalism and client care. Unfortunately, this experience left me uncomfortable continuing nail services at this salon.”Read moreShow less

“Made a last minute appointment to get my brows threaded. Navi was amazing. the eye brows looked amazing, but the best part of this appointment is the face massage and head massage that you get after the brows are done. not only do the brows look amazing, but you feel like incredible with the added service at the end. from the minute i enter Spa Ritual to the time i leave, you are made to feel valued and special. Would highly recommend Spa Ritual and Navi for any services she provides.”Read moreShow less

“Really impressed with the customer service here the ladies are very friendly and welcoming. Saw Karen for Botox and she was 10/10 the only person who’s ever offered a follow up before! Will come here again to check out other services!”
