“This experience didn’t really meet expectations, especially for the price. Booking was more difficult than it should have been. Calls seemed to go to a personal phone rather than a front desk, and emails weren’t returned, which made things frustrating. The service itself felt quite basic. The body wrap was mostly a scrub and oil application, without much of a massage element, and product options seemed limited compared to what was described. There were also a number of small details that took away from the experience. We weren’t given much guidance (for example, no mention of a shower cap), the robes felt quite worn, and during a shared appointment one of the therapists seemed less experienced. There were also a few avoidable oversights, like missing slippers and oil being placed too close to personal belongings, which ended up getting on clothing and wasn’t cleared afterward. The staff were polite and friendly, which I appreciated, and that’s the main reason for the 2 stars. That said, the space and overall operation feel like they could use some updates and better organization. As a spa located within the Delta Hotel (even if independently operated), the experience unfortunately didn’t match what I would expect.”

I received a Oxygeneo Superfacial with the added Ultrasound, as well as an eyebrow wax. She was very interested in my skin and what my needs were. I appreciated her knowledge, advice and comfortable demeanor. She has me as a 💯 return client!!”

“Best pedicure ever today with Yeni. Amazing foot and leg massage. I've been here several times and it is always a treat. Yeni is also very knowledgeable about the Eminence skin care line, which is very hard to come by retail. It is mostly online, but this spa carries an excellent inventory of Eminence.”

“Went here with my daughter for her birthday just before Christmas. She got a facial that she was very happy with (unfortunately she forgot the ladies name but she was very good )and I got a relaxation massage from Alex . He was very professional, friendly and skilled. Such an asset to this spa.”

“I decided to give myself a Christmas gift of a facial at Damara Spa. This was my first visit and Marena made it an excellent choice. My one hour facial was so great that I booked a massage for next visit. Thank you Marena! It doesn't hurt that Damara Spa is located in the beautiful Delta Ocean Pointe Resort where you can continue to spoil yourself in their Lure Restaurant.”

“This used to be a luxury spa. The atmosphere is tired & in need of an update. The manicure area had big water stains all over the carpet. Chair cover was coming off when I moved. I've been to many spas & there was no inviting bustling feel to the place. Heard 1 other client. Marena is clearly their best spa technician & I give her 5 stars. I was asked if I wanted something upon arrival. I declined but wasn't offered anything thereafter but 3 orange slices with peels & a glass of water during my pedicure. I booked a manicure pedicure hh massage package. I wasn't going to eat oranges while my manicure was drying. Any spa I've ever visited multi hours always had a light snack included. The pedicure room was so cold I couldn't wait to leave. Apparently the hotel controls the heat. They gave me this big blanket covered in nail polish. My manicure didn't dry & most of my nails were smudged by the following morning. I treated myself on my birthday & have to say the whole experience was underwhelming & I regret wasting my hard earned money here I reached out to the spa & was told the manager would contact me. They haven't. I just want others to be aware of my experience”

“Danika was my greeter and masseuse for my treatments at the spa. From the beautiful rooms to the soothing and wonderful music the atmosphere was perfect! She made me comfortable and performed an outstanding massage after my Japanese Soak! Ask for her, you will not be disappointed! You can also select by name on the website scheduler!”

“I booked a gel manicure with Yeni at Damara and had an excellent experience. She was very friendly, communicative, and paid attention to detail when doing my nails, making sure that I was satisfied with the end result. “I just had a the most fabulous facial delivered by Nadine at Damara Day Spa, Ocean Pointe Resort in Victoria BC. Nadine was very kind and professional. The facial was 90 minutes and included back, foot, and hand massages. I also purchased the scalp massage(an extra 10 minutes) and it was worth every penny. Thank you Nadine for a wonderful experience.”
