“I started doing pilates last September and when I became pregnant I was thrilled to learn that The Pilates Health Hub was offering a new prenatal series. The timing couldn't have been better. I immediately signed up and haven't looked back since. Since joining the series at 14 weeks pregnant to now at 39 weeks I have learned so much about the pelvic floor and preparing for not only birth but postpartum. Each week I leave class feeling more physically and mentally prepared for my delivery. Not to mention that sharing the space with other expecting mama's has been the community I didn't know I needed. From picking up tips from ladies who are on subsequent pregnancies to bonding with other first time moms, I look forward to going each week. The instructor Ashley Klein is a mama herself and is great at meeting us where our bodies are at each week. There is always a good balance of spice and mobility exercises, and she always has alternatives and props for anyone with any ailments. I can't recommend this prenatal series enough, it has been one of the best choices I have made for myself during this pregnancy and I can't wait to sign up for Mommy and Me Pilates and continue the journey!”Read moreShow less

“At the recommendation of a friend, I started taking prenatal pilates with Ashley Klein and I cannot say enough good things about the class or about Ash! I went into it expecting to get another weekly workout to help prepare for labour and delivery but what I didn't expect was the knowledge or friendships I gained. Because of the smaller class sizes, you get to spend weeks creating meaningful relationships with other ladies who are at the same life stage as you. Ash is also a mama herself and is absolutely the mom friend you didn't know you needed. In addition to knowing exactly what cues to use to help us mamas find and strengthen our pelvic floors, absolutely no topic is off limits. She happily discusses and normalizes all of the struggles of pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. After a few months of prenatal pilates, I feel so much more mentally and physically prepared for the challenges of labour, delivery, and postpartum! Can't wait to get back at it with her mom and baby class!”Read moreShow less

“Mamas! Want to win labor and delivery? Get your butt to The Pilates Health Hub! At the recommendation of a friend I started Pilates during my pregnancy. I began with private classes with Ashley Irving and then group classes with Ashley Klein. As mothers themselves, they knew exactly what movement and strengthening my body needed to feel good as my baby grew and to prepare for labor. These ladies have their prenatal exercises dialled in! Pilates class became the highlight of my week during pregnancy not only because of the great workout, but also because the conversation, the music, and the laughs in the studio created such a happy and welcoming environment to be in. My delivery and postpartum recovery have gone so well because I was able to stay active throughout my pregnancy thanks to Pilates. Can’t wait to get back to the studio!”Read moreShow less

“Ashley is an incredible instructor! Her classes are so fun and challenging but honestly the time just flies by! I often found I would dread "workout" classes but I never feel that way at the Pilates Health Hub. My weekly class is a definite highlight!”

“I had my first ever Pilates class with Ashley and I enjoyed every minute of it. The space is beautiful and so clean and inviting. I was very nervous, but Ashley made those feelings immediately disappear. I highly recommend to everyone to give it a try and you bet I’ll back.”Read moreShow less

“My teenage daughter and I have been attending pilates at the Hub on the advice of our Physiotherapist Allison Godley. The staff are exceptional - knowledgeable, friendly, supportive, community-minded. The Studio has lots of equipment ( ladder barrels, reformers and more) and there is plenty of free parking. Whether you already love pilates or are just pilates curious you should definitely check out the Pilates Hub.”Read moreShow less

“I recently started the beginner class at the Pilates Health Hub. Right from the start, everyone was very friendly. The studio is bright and clean. The classes are small and the instructors are excellent – very patient, friendly and always willing to make helpful modifications for those of us who need them. I love that there is a true focus on proper form to maximize benefit while avoiding injury. I look forward to my class every week and always come out feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. After just a few classes, I already note improved flexibility and look forward to a stronger core. I plan to continue training at the Pilates Health Hub and encourage everyone to try it out!”Read moreShow less

“I wish there were 10 stars to choose. I’ve been doing Pilates for 7 years now (at 3 different spots) and The Hub is by far my favorite studio. The girls there know their stuff!! It is such a fun welcoming place. People of all different levels, shapes, and sizes go to the Hub. No matter what your goals are they can help you reach them. I have seen significant improvements in my body. Pilates keeps me fit and sane. Shout out to my girls Katie and Sabrina 💕”Read moreShow less
