I’ve gone to The Physiotherapy Edge twice now. Once for my hips two years ago and now for my bicep tendon. Both times assessment and treatment were bang on. The front end staff of Carlee and Krista are friendly, professional, and go the extra mile to help with appointments and claim payments. Claire has been very knowledgeable and helpful by listening, assessing, teaching and treating my conditions. I am well on my way to a full recovery because of her hard work and dedication. The management have done a great job to hire good people. Highly recommend coming here for treatment.

These are the nicest people you will ever deal with. They always do their best in accommodating you. Professional, personable and always super helpful. Have been there with concussion/vertigo issues and recovery after a broken foot. Very happy with the treatments!

Stacey truly changed my life and helped me get through a difficult and painful time. She was always so warm and kind and made me feel so comfortable. I strongly recommend her to any woman suffering from pelvic floor issues.

Extremely disppointing service...As a newbie to the area and to physio, I relied on what I thought were professionals to help me with my shoulder injuries. What I got was an extremely inexperienced physiotherapist, Claire, who was fresh out of school. Used up all of my physio benefits as I didn't know any better - sessions consisted of excercises that I wasn't able to do due to pain so no alternatives were given, followed by what felt like about 3 minutes on each side of her manipulating my arms and then every other appointment she did 5 minutes of ultrasound on each side. I believe that I was charged about $75 per session and I believe that I was there for about 6 or 7 sessions. Needless to say that I was there during a critical time and my injury has now progressed to where I now need surgery. Absolutely livid that there was no sort of shadowing for this new and inexperienced physiotherapist. On the last appointment before I stopped going, I was in so much pain and frustrated that I was in tears during my visit. Claire handed me a Kleenex, she may have done the ultrasound for 5 minutes and that was it....I was also asked on many occasions what I would like to do. As a client, I am relying on your medical training and expertise to guide me through the best possible process in order to heal. I wish that I had had the courage to speak up and not be taken advantage of. I definitely do not recommend this place, especially if you are new to physiotherapy and have a complicated situation. I have since learnt that Claire has left the team but at no point was I contacted or asked how my sessions were going.

I have been receiving treatment from Stacey M at various times over the past five years and have been very pleased with the excellent and professional care that she provided. I have had several issues which required treatment and Stacey has ensured that I reached my maximum level of function for the various complaints. She is very astute in her ability to determine and treat the exact area of difficulty and to prescribe the exercises for me to do on my own. I have had acupuncture treatments which have produced good results. She is very respectful of a patient’s privacy. The clinic is a teaching centre with students from university and college in the Hamilton and Niagara regions. Stacey has had a number of students who are fortunate to be learning from her. As for the staff they are all very helpful and knowledgeable. They are very accommodating regarding appointments and are skilled in teaching the exercises that Stacey determines to be helpful. I am currently a patient at The Physiotherapy Edge and have recommended it to several friends and collegues. It provides the highest level of care that I have experienced. Thank you Stacey! We have been seeing Stacey for several years and are very grateful to have her as our physiotherapist. She has a tremendous amount of knowledge and expertise and always takes time to understand, assess and effectively treat our health issues. The treatments have made a big difference in our everyday lives. We respect that Stacey often mentors physio students, taking the time to pass on her knowledge and experience to others. We have highly recommended her to numerous people and they have all had similar positive experiences. Dave and Shirley

After should surgery in February 2017, I went to Physio edge in hope to get some relief for the discomfort I was experiencing. Stacey Meester was who I was paired up with...here I am 2.5 years later and still seeing Stacey regularly! We made great progress on the shoulder recovery and now we do full body maintenance to keep me moving! She is very knowledgeable, professional and most of all amazing at what she does! Thanks to Stacey I am moving a lot better than ever. I have to give a shout out to Krista who was part of the initial treatments for my shoulder! She too is a smart, professional individual!

I have just successfully completed 4 months of physio with Stacey who is outstanding. She is caring, kind and a good teacher. Her plan for my recovery following a knee replacement was demanding but I am now reaping the benefits of the all the hard work. Thank you so much.

5 Star ALL THE WAY!!! I started physiotherapy 2 months after having a completely torn ACL repaired back in June, 2016. Byron was the physiotherapist who helped me through a tough and long recovery. I had developed major complications from the initial surgery which resulted in a couple of years of rehab. In those 2 years, I had 2 more surgeries to help fix the arthrofibrosis among the other complications I had from the surgeries. And in all that time as painful as it was Byron kept me positive and feeling good about the progress we were getting with this process. He helped me regain the majority of my ROM. My case was unique, but I did see and talk with many patients that loved the care they were getting as myself from the staff and my physiotherapist, Byron. I recommend this place for anyone in need of physiotherapy.

My husband has been to The Physiotherapy Edge several times for different issues. He always sees Byron and swears by the treatment he receives. We always recommend Byron and will continue to do so. Great service and always accommodating.
