I have known Pam and been a client for over 20 years. She has treated me for all sorts of things, both minor and major. She is knowledgeable, friendly and competent. She is always willing to go the extra mile, including doing house calls, if necessary.

I cannot recommend The Physical Therapy Institute enough. I have had several injuries over the years and the attention and care provided has allowed me to fully recovery. Pam's techniques have given me instant pain relief and dramatic inflammation reduction. Pam is incredibly knowledgeable and truly a miracle worker.

Pam is amazing. She's deeply knowledgeable about the body and how to heal it in different ways. I went to her with tennis elbow and two weeks later, (4 apts) I'm doing a lot better. I'm optimistic I'll be able to get back to specific sports like mountain biking in the next few weeks - which is so much better than the many month prognosis I'd read about! Thanks so much Pam.

I was referred to Pam by a colleague and I am quite happy I went. I had pretty bad back, shoulder, neck and arm pain on my left side. My left arm was also occasionally going numb. During my first two visits, Pam used dry needling and manually worked on my back and neck. The pain has significantly decreased after these two visits. I am already back at the gym and on my way to being pain-free. Pam really took the time to listen, provided great advice and explained what was going on with my body. You can tell she really cares about her clients. Highly recommended.

I first saw Pamela back in August 2019 and she is wonderful. At the time, I didn't think my shoulder pain could be fixed, and after my first appointment I noticed a huge difference and was pain free for a few months. I visited her new location since the pain resurfaced, and once again I left feeling so much better. I'm a big fan and will continue to go see her whenever I have any issues. She is the type of person who truly cares about her patients.

2 weeks ago, I woke up during the night with a big pain on my right hip. The next morning, I had difficulties to walk but it was better walking than staying sit or lay down, so I came to work. I was sure it was my Sciatic Nerve at this point and my doctor taught the same. After 3 days, a colleague of mine forced me to make an appointment with Pam, his own physiotherapist. He got me a quick appointment for the next day, and I saw Pam for the very first time. When she saw me, she promised me that she would not leave me leaving her clinic with the same pain. I was skeptical, of course. She kept me for 2 1/2 hours and gave me 4 different treatments. She also told me that it was not my sciatic nerve - it was a big hip bursitis. The biggest one she ever saw... The next day, I was a bit better. The day after, I was back at 50% and the Sunday, I was back at 90%. I saw my family doctor yesterday and she was amazed about Pam had been able to do for me and she told me to keep her for future reference. Thank you Pam again because that pain was awful for sure... I have been a client as needed on and off for years and I have come to rely on their professional expertise for hands on therapy as well as guidance for con-concurrent treatment. If surgery is a consideration, Pam has the book on who to got to for reliable consultation. Pam is quick to note that if alternate approaches to healing are appropriate she will offer advice even where it might undercut her own service. As importantly , my satisfaction is a function of a positive relationships with the entire service which starts with Karen on the phone and extends to an entire staff who go out of their way to make me welcome. There are a ton of choices out there but for long standing reliability and genuinely excellent service , one need go no further.

I have been a client of PTI for many years and all staff starting from the assistant Karen at the front desk to physiotherapists, osteopaths are great. As soon as you walk in the door, you are in a family setting. The treatments I have received have helped me enormously. As well, my 88 year young mother has been receiving home physiotherapy as it is difficult for her to walk. Pam has been a great help to her. I have nothing but praise for this team.

Regular appointments with the outstanding team at PTI keep me in good physical shape. They have also have seen me through a couple of major health challenges. Owner Pam Siekierski has high standards and manages a team of well trained professionals who are compassionate and committed to the well-being of their clients. I first met Pam in 2012, when her superb post-op recovery care after my hip replacement surgery, helped recondition my muscles and rebuild my physical confidence. She also got me walking in a straight line for the first time in my life and enabled me to hike safely up a 1,500 foot mountain only eight months later. She was greatly assisted by Tanya, whose weekly massages over the five years since then have greatly improved my flexibility and stability. Not only is Tanya extremely skillful, but she is remarkably sensitive to the particular needs of different people, as well as very knowledgeable about best practices for recovery from injuries. And earlier this year, the PTI team really went above and beyond. I arrived for my regular appointment uncomfortable from what I thought was a poison ivy attack. Karen, the receptionist, took one look, uttered the word “shingles” and called Pam over to look. Pam’s swift assessment was the same, and having established that I had not had the Shingles vaccine, she sent me off to Emergency right away. They were right and their prompt response undoubtedly saved me from a far worse outcome. Pam immediately arranged home visits to provide relief in the early weeks of the shingles attack and Tanya followed up with massage therapy releases. Beyond that, all three of the team: Pam, Tanya and Karen kept me buoyed up during the following rather miserable weeks, with their encouragement and sympathy, Thank you PTI.

I have enjoyed lifting weights at PTI for the past two years. It is a great gym and the ALL the staff have always been and continue to be extremely helpful and supportive. I have seen people recover from injuries and get back in shape over these past two years and it is because the staff are well trained and genuinely care about what they are doing. I heartily recommend PTI to anyone who wants to regain their shape, health or get physical therapy for any sort of injury or age-related condition. Well done Pam and everyone!!! Thank you!! And happy holidays!!!!!!
