“One day when I was is in pain I called many therapy places but no one picked up the phone. But the receptionist at this "Physical Care Place" picked up the phone immediately and took me in for assessment. I love the place and the people here. Currently I am receiving treatment and very happy with the outcome. This is a calm area away from the hustle and the bustle of the city and has very convenient ample parking spaces. “I started coming here to address a few ongoing issues, and the experience has been amazing! The whole team is friendly, knowledgeable, and really take their time to explain everything clearly. “I started at the Physical Care Place in March for sciatica. Denita & Sahista are amazing physiotherapists & attentive to their patients' care. Eventually, I developed a knee injury & since April I have been attending physiotherapy 2-3 times a week with Sahista. She is accommodating to your schedule & works to make you comfortable. Polite, respectful & efficient during every single appointment 😊 In addition, I tried acupuncture with Mireille for the first time. “This is an excellent healthcare facility, and I felt confident in the doctor's ability to provide the best treatment. Dr. Ingar was very considerate, starting with a low-intensity approach and thoroughly explaining each step of the treatment for my mother's neck and shoulder pain. “Let me start off by saying I am so happy and thankful that the physical care place opened up. It has been a blessed experience with all the kind staff, and to know how close they are from my home is amazing. As well as they do take care of you very well, and striking up conversation is a breeze. With all the options that they provide, for example, physiotherapy,massage acupuncture, and even counseling, you do not need to go anywhere else. “Sahista was super helpful for the recovery of my ankle. I was seeing her for about 4 months and can feel all the difference in the best way. She’s easy to talk to and knowledgeable in her field. The front staff (all of them!) are all very friendly and welcoming. Probably the best receptionists I’ve ever encountered.
