“After back to back injuries i had let my body slip out shape and was experiencing chronic back and hip pain. Chiropractors and physiotherapy hadn't helped and I had been in pain for years. Even thinking about the gym was a big ask. Echoe had me for two 90 minute sessions within 4 days, with a focus on my back and legs, the first session was a deep massage and the second was a combination of massage and cupping and I cannot begin to tell you how much better i feel! All of the general pain in my body is gone, I feel light on my feet, tying my shoes is easy again and I've been back to the gym multiple times in the week and a half since our sessions!
