“Dr. Pam has always been fantastic. Unfortunately, the new receptionist was literally yelling at me when I asked for clarification if the medication she was dispensing was correct because the name of the product did not match what was given to me by Dr. Pam. The receptionist wasn't familiar with the products or where they were located either. Instead of kindness or understanding, condescension was the new receptionists order of the day. “I’m really disappointed with my experience with Dr. Shilo. I came in for Botox and was recommended 55 units — 21 more units than I typically receive elsewhere. I trusted her professional opinion, but the injections were not done properly. Despite the significantly higher dosage, I still have noticeable movement everywhere, and the results were essentially nonexistent. I reached out by email with detailed photos, hoping for some acknowledgment or guidance, and I never received any response. “Love this naturopathic clinic, very warm and lovely :) Dr. Pam Smith has been my naturopathic doctor for over a decade now. She’s so amazing, genuine, kind, caring and has helped me navigate life’s challenges in a natural way (vitamins, allergy testing, dietary changes, hormone testing etc), rather than just resorting to modern medicine as a first step as I normally would have. She’s very passionate about women’s health; the changes I’ve implemented with her knowledge and advice has definitely improved my life for the best. I highly recommend her and Nest!!
