“I have very mixed feelings about my experience at The Nest Clinic. First, the positive: Karli, my RMT, was absolutely exceptional. She is one of the best massage therapists I've ever been treated by. She was knowledgeable, attentive, professional, and the treatment itself was outstanding. If my review were based solely on the quality of care, it would easily be 5 stars. Unfortunately, the clinic's direct billing and invoicing process was one of the most confusing and frustrating experiences I've had. Their online system allows you to enter multiple insurance providers, which naturally leads most people to enter their primary insurance first and any secondary insurance second. However, I later learned that the billing staff process claims using the last insurance provider entered, simply because it appears at the top of their screen. In my case, this meant my secondary insurance (under my wife's policy) was billed first. That plan has a 20% deductible, while my own primary insurance covers 100% of the treatment. As a result, I was unnecessarily charged 20% on my credit card. To make matters worse, I was then asked to contact my secondary insurance provider myself to have the claim cancelled so the clinic could process it correctly. I found that surprising, as the billing error originated from the clinic's claim submission process. My biggest concern is with the workflow itself: If patients can enter multiple insurance providers, why isn't the primary insurer billed first? Why is the last insurance entered treated as the default? Why isn't the policy holder information reviewed before submitting the claim? I hope the clinic reviews this process because it creates unnecessary frustration for patients and seems entirely avoidable. I'd happily return to see Karli again because she is fantastic, but I sincerely hope the clinic improves its billing procedures so that the administrative experience matches the excellent standard of care provided by its practitioners.”Read moreShow less

“I've been seeing Bara at The Nest Clinic for acupuncture & have had a really positive experience. “Dr.Berry has completely changed what my idea of what chiropractor care looks like!
