<p><em><strong>Welcome to the online scheduler for Dr. Carrie Meszaros, N.D., R.Ac. at The Naturopathic Care Centre. We look forward to seeing you soon either in our clinic or virtually through telemedicine.</strong></em></p><p>This scheduling system will send you a confirmation after booking, an email reminder 4 days before your appointment and another reminder a day before your appointment. If you enter a cell phone number, an extra text message reminder can also be sent 24 hours before your appointment. Our system is quite user friendly, however if you run into any issues at all please contact us directly and we are always happy to help you.</p><p>Contact us directly:</p><ul><li>if you have an urgent concern and would like the first available appointment or a same day appointment</li><li>if you wish to be put on a cancellation list for an earlier appointment or a desired time slot</li><li>if you are having difficulty finding an appointment time that suits your schedule</li><li>if you are trying to reschedule your appointment less than 72 hours before your appointment time</li></ul><p>Appointments can be rescheduled online with more than 72 hours notice. To reschedule an appointment less than 72 hours prior to your appointment or to cancel your appointment, please contact our office by email or phone as these tasks can not be done through our online system.</p><p>If you would like to be waitlisted for a specific day or time, we have added the option to self book into our waitlist. If you book on the waitlist we can be in touch if we get an opening at your desired day, date or time.</p><p><strong>Please note, new patient bookings require a deposit of 50% of the visit to be paid within 48 hours of booking the appointment ($120). </strong>This deposit is kept as a credit until your first visit and is applied at that time and a receipt is given for the full amount on that day.<em> </em>If this deposit is not paid within 48 hours of booking we will reach out one time and give one additional business day. <u>If the deposit isn't paid at this point, the new patient booking will not be accepted and will be released for the benefit of other patients waiting for appointments.</u> If you don't come to your appointment or it is cancelled with less than 2 business days before the visit your deposit is non-refundable.
