“Don’t waste your money and your time. The therapist didn’t even bother to introduce herself. She told us that our benefits plan only covered the initial sessions and that we shouldn’t even start unless we committed to at least 10 sessions at $235 CAD each. It was the least empathetic couples therapy experience—especially at a moment when we needed understanding the most. If you’re considering this place just because it appears high on the search results, keep scrolling. Look for recommendations from friends or trusted sources. Skip the waste here.”
