“Brought my daughter to the hospital because she had fallen and got accused of child abuse and they phoned children's aid on me. Pretty dettering for parents with young children to have that on the back of your mind everytime you bring your child to the hospital for injuries because kids are going to be kids getting into stuff that they shouldn't be or doing crazy things.. Completely disgusted on how my family was treated, and im not going to let this go easily so hope this false accusation was worth it! “Thankyou to nurses Ben (first visit) and Aimee (follow-up visit for wound care) ~ and Dr. Gartner ~ Doc Gartner was so kind, not in a rush, and is a highly skilled surgeon who shares those skills with northern Ontario patients via 'locum'. Dr. Gartner listened to me talk away while he undertook surgery on me (local anesthetic) ~which is generally not like me but I was very nervous about the procedures ~ Doc was genuine, professional and committed to the highest standard of care ~ The lady who registers folks at the emergency entrance is also a gem ~ very nice person Thankyou hospital people ~ gosh Terrace Bay is a lovely place AND has a hospital ~ I made the right move 🏠”Read moreShow less
