“Ibbie is so knowledgeable and brings a wealth of resources and information to each appointment. She offered a variety of techniques that really helped late in my pregnancy such as the use of the Rebozo. My c-section recovery the second time around with her support has been a drastically more positive experience than my first postpartum. She brings a huge variety of tools to the table. I have recommended her to friends and family that deal with Endo and/or other pelvic pain issues. She really gets to the root issue.”Read moreShow less

“Ibbie is the most kind-hearted physio professional who deeply cares about your well-being in all aspects of pregnancy and postpartum. She has so much knowledge about perinatal health, her wisdom has really provided me with the tools I’ve needed in both my pregnancies to care well for my heart, body and mind. Her bodywork sessions have also provided relief for my pain and discomfort during my twin pregnancy! I’m so thankful for her support in this season of my life, it’s made all the difference.”Read moreShow less

“I had an excellent experience working with Ibbie throughout my pregnancy. She provided exceptional support for both pelvic floor concerns and lower back pain, helping me stay comfortable and active during a time when my body was constantly changing. What stood out most was her thorough, compassionate approach. She took the time to understand my symptoms, explain what was happening in my body, and provide practical exercises and strategies that made a real difference. My lower back pain improved significantly, and I felt much more confident managing pelvic floor health throughout my pregnancy. Beyond treatment, Ibbie also offered valuable advice and education to help me prepare for birth. Ibbie is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. I would highly recommend her to any pregnant person looking for support with pelvic floor health, pregnancy-related pain, or birth preparation.”Read moreShow less

“Ibbie’s multi-faceted approach to pelvic wellness is beyond anything I have ever experienced (or even heard of from anyone else). She integrates so many different modalities and - the best part - she is the most supportive cheerleader along the way. The skills and techniques she teaches are things I am certain I will use and reference for the rest of my life. The cherry on top is she is exceptionally kind, thoughtful and smart to boot!!”Read moreShow less

“I highly recommend mama physio! Ibbie made me feel comfortable and gave me my confidence back. I had a very traumatic birth and an enormous amount of post pain and suffering. It was difficult to vocalize but I was in the right place. Ibbie was warm, welcoming and supportive. She provided many tools, skills and exercises to encourage my body to heal quickly without pushing through pain. She taught me how to listen to my body through imagery and guided me to success. After birth our Pelvic floor can be normal again. If you are on the fence or hesitant about pelvic floor physio she is the woman you want to see! She has years of experience with moms, labour, kids and of course physio.”Read moreShow less
